Setup for failure. It's not that they don't have enough staff or that the staff doesn't know their job. The staff was flying, each of them moving as fast as possible. The infrastructure is not anywhere close to be able to handle the amount of traffic. They need two kitchens, one specifically for the drive thru and one for the inside. Because they're focused on getting the drive thru orders out the orders inside and food pickup services like Uber eats suffer greatly. While I waited for over 30 minutes for my order, there were 5 others, 2 of which had food delivery orders where they waited for over 30+ minutes as well. I saw 2 families that also were waiting over 30+ minutes for their food. The fast working man in yellow was breaking his back, trying to get everyone fixed up. I suspect they also have high turnover. They're just not equipped to handle the amount the amount of traffic they get. If you want to fast, go elsewhere. My order was fully filled correctly with my changes, but I did notice others had things missing or wrong. They're trying, but they can only go as fast as possible with what they have. They need two separate kitchens to serve both sides adequately like we all remember they used to be. I feel bad for the staff. They must hate being there. They don't make enough to deal with extremely rude people but on the other hand the organization doesn't have what they...
Read moreI do not eat McDonald’s however I took the person I was caring for today who specifically asked me to take him to McDonald’s. There were an abundance of workers there, and I was forced to order food using a kiosk. I asked if there was a person there who could take my order and the employee, who I am assuming was a manager based on her shirt, indicated she was a person and she would teach me how to use the kiosk. I told her I did not need her to teach me how to use a kiosk, I need her to take my order. She said with a smile no I’ll show you how to do it. I told her I didn’t want her to show me how to do it, as I was not interested in taking my own order. She proceeded to take the order on the kiosk. There were customers coming through the restaurant. . I know three people after myself and she would not take anyone’s order. She made everyone use a kiosk instead of hopping on the register to take their orders. I don’t do self checkouts because if I wanted a job there I would apply. Now, if the restaurant has an abundance of employees working, who weren’t taking orders, but just standing in the back hanging out, some of them filling orders and others directing you to use a kiosk so they can stand around and do nothing, Then, I feel bad for the owner who’s paying for unnecessary...
Read moreUPDATE 04/24/25 I don't know if my complaint to corporate had anything to do with it, but they are finally giving out full "normal" McDonalds portions my last three times I came here. Service has always been pleasant and cheerful. Way to go McD!!!
February 2024 Well, I was pretty excited that we were getting a McDonalds, but after having been to this location routinely, here are my issues:
• For about the first 3 or 4 months, the large drinks were always underserved and only filled to the ICE/McCafe line. Which was basically a medium. Some servers had a picture of product in order to finish filling the cup, others did not. • ordered double fish filet sandwich, no cheese or tartar sauce on it. • Ordered x2 pies, repeated my order to the server when he handed me my order, he confirmed everything was in there, they were missing. • They routinely are cleaning their Frappe machine from 8am-9am. Why would you clean something that is morning drink during your morning serving hours? • Last week, yesterday and today, they have begun underserving the Large McFrappe. Quite drastic amount missing. Picture is of the McFrappe that they had just given me. • They do try, they are nice and helpful. However, since you pre-pay with the app, trying to get a resolution...
