Starbucks — Restaurant in Amarillo

Waited 20 minutes just for other cars to turn the corner and cut in front of about 8 cars that were looped around . The girl who I spoke on the phone sounded like she did not care Ended up leaving to go to roasters or anywhere else besides Starbucks because that’s absolutely ridiculous. Why is there two entrances when it’s supposed to be only one line I personally did not know it’s alright with Starbucks to budge myself in between the. Order screen and about 8 cars who were already waiting. And for the employees to do nothing baffles me . Reminded me why I don’t go to Starbucks. I was looking forward to my yearly caramel apple spice but with service like that it’s not worth it. Terrible experience And...

THIS IS THE BEST STARBUCKS IN TOWN! Hands down, I don’t even go to any other Starbucks but this one now! I go every morning Monday - Friday, Elijah is amazing! I do have a picky order and I always do the mobile order, well, part of my order can’t be done through the app, but I mentioned it 1 time to Elijah and he always makes my drink exactly how I want it! There’s another girl as well that is just as great but I do not know her name, she asked me how to correctly say my name. She is the sweetest!! I love that I get greeted at the door every morning, it’s turned into a Cheers typed situation. — anyway, LOVE THIS STARBUCKS FOREVER...

Mannnn I ordered the pumpkin cold brew, this was so watered down you can practically see through it. Every sip you get a hint of espresso and mainly sink water. This was so bad I didn’t even wanna give it to a family member to finish off, I would literally accept wasting money than to finish that bad boy up. Wouldn’t even dump the “coffee” outside on the ground and recycle the cup….. nah I will literally dump the water down the sink so it doesn’t interfere with nothing else and chunk the cup in the trash so it gets obliterated. Maybe it’s a sign of the universe to not order fall things...
