Wendy's — Restaurant in Amarillo

Very nice Wendy's in the inside but awful service and a complete management failure with training. I go in there for Uber eats pickup and i will never pickup at this location anymore. Last experience I go tell them the name of customer I'm there for they say "ok." Then 10 mins later they ask for name again and I tell them. Eventually they tell me they have no more of said item. (Only 1 item)I politely tell them they should have told me that as soon as I gave them the name of the customer so we could not make them wait so long and find an alternative (assuming I'd be able to reach customer and I wasn’t). I guess they don't think it's relevant to tell Dasher or Uber drivers ahead of time to call customer for alternatives avail. They don't even check for unavailable items and they should considering they know very well they are short on this or that, all the time. The young kids working here all lost. so im all the way on hollywood and i picked a order doordash up from the whataburger and there's a wendy's next to it i had a doordash order for as well , well there was no way to get to the wendy's without having to go around the highway etc, so i got out and walked over to the wendy's. and the door is locked but there's customers so i'm knocking and banging on the door i'm even waving at the customers to come open it Everyone stared at me even the WORKERS. One of the workers was leaving work from their shift and i was at a different door waiting and my boyfriend was trying to yell from the car that was in the whataburger parking lot and he ignored both of us. Selective hearing at its best :( I came in and I waited maybe 5 minutes while no customers were in the drive through or inside. I had 3 people look at me. The lady then tries to be nice and say that she’s not going to charge me for my large drink and I thought oh that’s so nice of you. I also ordered breakfast because she said they haven’t thrown it away yet so I was happy until I had to wait 20minutes for them to tell me it was thrown away. Then asks me what I want and I say a baconator and a 10pcs chicken nugget then she added in two cookies to be nice. Then I get my food while my daughter has been screaming for the past 30min.
