Wendy's — Restaurant in Americus

8/14/20- The 1st time I went to try their breakfast it was around 6:44 am. No one ever came on to help me. There was another vehicle ahead of, they drove off. I went a second time for breakfast, but I called on my way to see what time they opened, and she said 6am. I told her about the incident before, is the reason I was calling. I got there, the menu was on lunch. The person came on, and asked what I'd like.I asked her to hold on so I could pull the menu up on my phone because I didnt know what they offered. I just heard it was good.Someone came out to turn the breakfast menu around.I spoke.she didn't speak back.You can tell she was upset with the way she was hitting the menu.I placed my order,and requested coffee.There was no coffee.I then asked for a coke. No coke.I went again this morning. The menu was still on lunch. I just asked for the #9 sandwich, remembering it from before. I asked for a coffee again this morning.Still no coffee. She also said no creamer as well.When getting breakfast, it should be a one stop deal.It should'nt be an inconvenience to pick up a sandwich here,and waste time getting coffee somewhere else. Use petty cash or money from the register to go purchase coffee from Harvey's or Wal-Mart. Makes you wonder if someone wasn't placing orders for the restaurant as they should. However, the bacon,egg,and cheese breakfast sandwich is delicious. It tastes just like youd cook it in your kitchen at home.

I had a taste for some soup today, and decided to go to Wendy's to get some chili. I placed a to go order. I took it back to my office to eat. To my disappointment, the chili was not good. The beans we're hard, and undercooked. 7/2/21 They're so slow this morning. There must be 1...

We visited the above Wendy's location today while returning our grandchild back to GSSU and were totally appalled. By no means was the establishment crowded as it was the day after Thanksgiving. Upon receiving our meal we noticed immediately that all the food except the fries were cold to the touch and the cheese was not melted on the undercooked burgers. We returned the food and stated that it was cold only to receive replacements that were also cold to the touch. The water in the soda machine had a brownish tint to it and the ketchup container was so nasty I requested ketchup in packets. The young man at the register was obviously annoyed that I had the nerve to complain, not once but twice. I suggest that you may want to evaluate your motto..."freshness is hard work". Obviously it's not hard to please your costumers. Additional I was not even offered a refund for our meal. This is totally inexcusable customer service and I will not be returning to this location and will consider not returning to any of your locations. I must Say And I just told my Wife this on the way home . That was the Worst Lunch I Have Had In a Long Time. The Spicy Chicken was Hard dry and I think it was left over from Saturday. Lot's of Drinks were out , this is at 12:20 lunch time u would think that's when all the drinks would be full it's not like they serve Breakfast and don't have time to make sure everything is ready. Also The Air Has not worked Properly for about 3 Months now I know this isn't the people that work there fault I do Heating and Air I would love to get to work on it and fix it... Then there is one particular young lady that works the counter has the Worst Attitude of anyone I can think of , moves like a turtle and doesn't listen... There is other stuff but I'm tired ...
