VERY RUDE MANGER! Went in to buy 2 child recliners for my kids Christmas in which the sales guy was so very helpful and went beyond to get what I wanted shipped from another store. Sold me the smaller recliner that was on the floor in which I was okay with. Being it was for Christmas I was going to put them in the shed and didn't wont them dusty so simply asked for a box to put them in. Called back that Monday and the lady said they were in went to pick them up the financial guy said the new guys tore down all the boxes and he didn't have a box for the small one. I simply said okay and he told me he would put my name on one the following day once they make some deliveries and he would call me. Next day no phone call so I called back and got the MANGER. I told him what me and the financial guy had talked about and the MANGER told me "It wasnt his problem once it left the store". Indeed I told him I wasnt saying it was their problem I just simply need something to wrap or put the chair in so they wont get dusty from being in my shed for 3 weeks. I couldn't believe how rude he was being the MANGER of that store. That afternoon my husband and I went and pick the chairs up I carefully looked them over and told the financial guy what was said. The small chair which come off the floor not to mention there was 5 of the same kind of kids recliner on the floor in which I dont understand why put 5 of the same chairs on the floor and not keep at least a couple in boxes. But anywho the bigger recliner that we had trouble finding bc there wasnt ANY in the warehouse nor in any store close by came in a box and wrapped in plastic with the box never been open. If it wasnt for that one chair being the last one I wouldn't EVER deal with farmers furniture. They were rude to me last year when I bought something and rude to me this time. Read moreMy husband and I had such a wonderful experience with Gina, she could not have been more accommodating to our desires and needs, she was very explanatory about the financial aspect of the purchase and what would be the best scenario for us, we were a bit confused at the time and she gave us patience and time to absorb the experience, very polite and well mannered, took care of the delivery aspect in a manner of minutes, in today's world, it was reassuring that though we are in our late sixties of age, we were treated with upmost respect, our delivery person was absolutely fantastic at making sure the furniture was not scratched and let me say he had his work cut out trying to get those pieces inside the house, he had a great attitude and I was well impressed, thank you Farmers Home Furniture for making our shopping experience so pleasurable and kudos to all your employees at the...
