We had high hopes for this restaurant. Unfortunately, we did not have a great experience. Please note that we are not picky people and we have worked in restaurants as servers before, so we understand that things don’t always go perfect and we are not just complaining for the heck of it. First of all, the quality of the food was just really bad. The shrimp tacos and the cod risotto were inedible. The appetizers were subpar as well. One of our beers was only three-quarter full because the keg kicked but we were charged for a full beer:not offered something else. Also, the server seemed to be very confused about a lot of things on the menu. Did he have any training…? He couldn’t tell us the salad dressings they had. He offered us a kids menu, but then came back and advised us that he did not have a kids menu available, and that kids meals did not come with a side. The bill was $200 for four plus a toddler. We understand that things are more expensive these days and we’d be happy to pay that at a place with high-quality food, but being that every single thing we ate felt like it came from a freezer, it was just ridiculously high priced. We also did not mention anything while we were there because we were just trying to have a nice time out and we also know that sometimes online reviews hold more weight with management than just one off complaints at the restaurant looking for a discount. We really hope this place can figure things out because we would love to have another great restaurant option...

I ordered my usual - a chicken sandwich with bread on the side and truffle fries. However, what I received was a flat, processed piece of chicken that seemed more suited to a fast-food joint serving pre-frozen food. The fries were equally disappointing, appearing processed and lacking in flavor.
After managing to eat only two bites, I left the rest untouched. When the server asked if I wanted the leftovers boxed, I expressed my dissatisfaction with the meal. The response was a casual, "Okay, I'll take it then," without any further follow-up or concern. While the server was friendly, the lack of customer service was evident.
This experience has left me quite disappointed. I used to recommend this restaurant to my guests, but I'll have to remove it from my list now. It's a real pity because I genuinely enjoy supporting...

When we arrived, there was a note on the door saying they were closed for a private event. Thinking there was a mistake, we went in but we’re find they are closed. Looking around, the restaurant only had about 10 people with plenty of free tables and a completely empty patio. I explained we had a confirmed reservation but was still told they could not seat us. They offered to have the manager speak to us but, after waiting for 15 minutes, the hostess came out to say the manager was “in a meeting” and could not speak to us. No one apologized or made any attempt to make things right. We left and found another place. Horrible, horrible customer service that was 100% their fault and a manager who won’t even come out to speak to customers in this situation should find a new job. I’ll never go back...
