This place was an amazing find. There's a couple tasting rooms in town and were so glad we picked The Bramble, Silas Wines. Alex is the owner/winemaker/host/etc. and is extremely knowledgeable but also easy to talk with and ask questions. This place was more low key, which is what we wanted. All of the wines that we tasted were chosen by the host and they were all amazing. They are older vintages because they taste them as they age and only release them when they're ready. Supporting what he is doing was a no brainer for us. Silas is a hidden gem amongst very big, loud, well known wineries. Make sure you put them...
