Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in Anaheim

Everyone seems cool. The management and or managers seem to be more disciplined and or more disciplinarian. Which is expected and often times desirable. This orientation tends to keep employees in "check". The food always tastes intentional. Meaning, it seems care was involvee in preparation, cooking and presentation. Fries were crisp not soggy. Patties were not over or under cooked. Neither were they excessively greasy. Not more than expected. Chicken was also cooked fully not over cooked. Drinks also were mixed properly and taste as űthey should. Carl's Jr's coupons usually make one feel like you actually were saving money or getting a good deal, unlike alot of other eateries. Everything is always neat, in place, and clean. Same behind the counter as well as the bathroom and outside. L

Overall, I cannot find anything negative to say about this...

We had gone here to pick up 3 monster breakfast sandwiches this morning, we have a love for this sandwich. Well, not today. We got on the freeway started to eat, the biscuits on all 3 of the sandwiches were hard as rocks the meat was dried and the eggs were rubbery. It's seems as if the food was old maybe one day old it also had a weird odor. We never had a bad experience with Carl's jr. Until now we should have picked up our food at our usual Carl's jr on the corner of main street and hiddenvalley way in Corona. We were so grossed out we tossed it away what a waste of time and money. We went without breakfast today, we didn't have any more time left had to get to work before we were late. I will never buy food from this Carl's again. We don't even want to give them the 1...

I walked in, only 2 ppl in line. Drive thru had 3 cars. I waited. . .and then? Well I waited. . .and waited. 10mind go by and the manager of all ppl. Helps the first two gentleman. Doesn't acknowledge me at all, and goes about prepping the bags and side for the order. And I keep waiting . . . And waiting. Finally after I had stood in that store for about 20min waiting to order that damn western bacon I wanted, I just left and went across the street to del taco. I normally am not this hard on a store. But your store is only as good as ur service. . . Which was appalling here.
