Del Taco — Restaurant in Anaheim

I’ve come to this establishment about 5 times now. After work. Because it’s close to my job. Each time I go to the drive thru I always happen to get a woman taking the order. Who happens to always be in a bad mood. I feel like they take it out on the customers ordering food. Not just that. But I feel that they be scamming customers. It’s taco Tuesday. I know they have a taco Tuesday special. But I, myself am not aware of the specials. I don’t know the pricing and such. Now. At the drive thru she could’ve helped me decide on the order. But she was just assuming and made it difficult to order. She made it seem like I wanted to get these “snack tacos” but I was trying to get their 3 taco special. Like I said. I don’t know the terminology. I just know that they have taco special after 3pm. She wasn’t helpful. I used my del rewards app. I was getting a free 3 layer nachos regardless. At the drive thru she scanned my barcode on the app. She discounted the nachos. What I’m concerned about is the price of 6 tacos. On a taco Tuesday special. I estimated I would most likely spend $6 at most. But I ended up paying $8.60. I’m looking at the receipt. It says 3 tacos for $2.29. That would’ve came up close to $4.60. How is the price $8.60? Doesn’t make sense. At that point I was irritated and didn’t want to interact with the cashier woman. At this point I was already annoyed. I have the receipt with me. I’ll be posting it. So everyone is aware. And maybe they can help me with the math. Because I doubt they charge $4 in taxes for this purchase. I’m over this establishment. I’m never coming here again and offering my business. Everyone is always in a bad mood. If you don’t like your job. Quit. Find something that makes you happy. But also have the personality for it. Otherwise you gonna be stuck at fast food jobs. I’m never coming here again. Unfriendly...

In corona off the 91 next to Aayres dont know about inside yet but drive thru was very pleasant the young ladies vwere friendly my goid was hot I think I'll be goinb to that ine ratherthan the one on main its nasty and therereatroom us rhe pits dont go in there expecting to breath its hot humid and stale carrying the smells of day one . they sont keep toliet paper or it clean dor that matter understanding there are homeless around ok therr human to no excuse on not doing your checks to keep up the facilities. Instead of trying to catch females using the facilities try knocking this is what happened to me I promise I would have kicked out his back . thia was management and he lied when I asked him be said it was his employmee but he couldn't remember hia name If you go DEL TACO GO TO THE ONE OFF THE 91 6TH ST EXIT BY RHE AAYRES. HOLTEL THE INE NEXT TO THE MAIN ST IS THE WORST PLACE TO GO THEY ARE NOT CKEAN IT SMELLS LIKE THE SEWER SYSTEM IN THERE...

Food is fine, however, they just don’t listen to your orders properly. I went TWICE today because they gave me bacon in my tacos (I don’t eat pork). They have TWO breakfast taco options with no pork. So I order 6 breakfast tacos (no bacon). They give me 3 bacon tacos.

I return, they provided me my tacos again, and I ordered a few more for the following morning. I did a brief drive thru check and there were no bacon stamps I saw so I returned home.

Of course, there were TWO more bacon tacos on the bottom of bag (I ordered 5 total) and more wasted money. I specifically said no bacon in drive thru and they confirmed it.

It’s not a bad location in terms of Del Taco Quality, they just don’t have quality service and what is seemingly purposefully providing the wrong product even when they offer MORE products that don’t contain pork....
