Chuy Flores 1 review a day ago- The reason for One Star is The Price is wrong and when I said that the online Price is $10.00 dollars less, She Said Sorry! And did not tell me the Price when I had Order, well lost a Customer
Response from the owner - a day ago Im not sure if you saw the prices on Yelp because they have our old menu prices and never updated the prices. Grubhub, UberEats,Doordash and EAT24 have our updated prices. The prices you saw are from 2012 so basically they gave you false pricing on the menu
NOTE TO OWNER: The same way you communicated your pricing to (Grubhub, UberEats,Doordash and EAT24) you can communicate your pricing to YELP. This is a very poor response from you to blame YELP for giving one of your potential customers "false pricing"...Really?
Where did YELP get their information about Pizza Rosa prices from?
It is YOUR responsibility, as the owner, to update ALL of your online affiliates of any price changes!
What ever happened to great customer service and honoring online pricing?
How dare you blame YELP and embarrass a potential customer Chuy Flores?
I also saw those low prices online as well. They have not been updated as of 9/8/2018.
I can't wait to place a HUGE takeout order from this place and when I get to the restaurant to pay for it and they over-charge me, I'll immediately CANCEL my order and walk right out.
Maybe the "owner" will contact YELP to update the pricing (AFTER) he continues to get cancelled orders from angry customers like me and...
Read moreWent there again for pizza...I'm a pizza lover and so I do not mind the approx 30 min commute to eat there from San Clemente. This time I phone ordered a large pepperoni pizza. When I arrived it was piping hot -fresh out of the oven.
The place is a complete "hole in the wall" in a strip mall parking lot that has seen the economic collapse. This place is still thriving though and for good reason. Also note: You don't come to this place for anything else (ambiance, the decor, etc.) unless you want a really good pizza.
Now here's my recommendation: Order the King size pizza instead of the large. The large pizza had a thicker crust which I wasn't aware of. But I became enlightened though my error in judgement. The singe slices of pizza is made from their king size pie.
So -if you want the NY style option, the king size is way better. 80 cent charge for using a credit/debit card.
I had the buffalo wings years ago...And I wasn't impressed. 2 of 5 rating. This place is a straight pizza factory, so order the pie and you won't go...
Read moreThis place used to be really good. They used to have large pizzas topped with the freshest ingredients and the pizza edges would literally be falling out of the box it was so big. I think its had changed owners twice since then.
I recently ordered a ham and pineapple pizza. I usually don't order this type of pizza. The crust was ok. The cheese and toppings were average. The ham was semi fresh and the pineapple was nothing special.
Price was the problem. I paid $15 and some change for a medium two topping pizza. For the lack of quality ingredients they put on the pizza this place is not worth the price.
I noticed they had a few deals posted on the wall by the register. I think all students get a small discount on any pizza on Monday?
Overall, the only reason I would come back to this place is because it is a mile away from my house. Otherwise, it is just not worth it.
Tip: make it how...
