One of the worst experiences I've had at a restaurant in my life. I will never step foot at this location ever again. Cashier and manager extremely rude and did not want to honor the price of the deal from the app and I had to argue with cashier to receive the reward of guac and chips you get when signing up and then when she finally did approve it she angrily ripped the receipt off the register and walked away rolling her eyes. So after waiting 25 mins to receive food we left confused about the cashier and managers rudness and when I got home I opened bag and seen they completely messed up my order. First they gave me the tiniest skinniest pieces of chicken - if you would call it that basically skin and bones !and they conveniently forgot to put the breast as I had requested. And instead of my sides they replace them with 4 bowls of lettuce with a few pieces of I think cheese and nothing else !!!No dressing no toppings just straight lettuce. Its crazy to think that the only reason they did that is because I requested the discount which they were adamant about not giving it to me. And ok so no deal its no big deal but to mess with a paying customers order? I usually like Pollo Loco but not enough to deal with that type...
Read moreToday on Feb. 3 around 4:45pm I stopped by in the drive thru and it was full. I waited a few minutes and kept thinking why isn’t it moving. Idk if they were changing shifts or what. Haha And I was thinking in leaving. However, I stayed in drive thru. Out of nowhere it started to move very fast. Just wanted to say shoutout to the workers!! The girl in the intercom was super polite and confirmed my order at the end. I never been in a drive thru at any restaurant were the worker confirms my order. When I pulled up to the window, the girl Bianca confirmed my order and cleaned my drinks before she handed it to me. She was professional, polite and efficient. I was amazed from her service! I work in management and I would give her a job anytime. You can tell she is a hard worker. Thank you Bianca for your good service because I know how hard it is to work in the field. Buuut One time they did forget the sauce I paid extra for and when my boyfriend went back in and asked for the avocado salsa sauce ( we parked at the pick up) they charged him for like 4 cilantro dressing ( the same dressing we were missing 1 of) and he PAID THEM LIKE $6 for this thinking it’s what I wanted.. the salsa is free and we got none :( he also asked if they would refund the cilantro dressing and take them back but they refused 🙄 but with Covid rules we didn’t care to argue.. normally this wouldn’t be okay and be a reflection of their customer service but we weren’t how to feel due to the new laws we aren’t exactly sure what they can and can’t do 🤷♀️ but other than that they are rather slow every time I’ve gone to this location… but their food is always good quality and I really wish every el pollo loco would bring ranch back so I can mix it with my cilantro dressing in my tostada...
