I want to like this location. It's convenient distance-wise and for the times it's open. But there are two big issues for me. First, I pulled up into the drive thru with my nephew in the back seat. At the window, as I was paying, we could hear loud, explicit music. This wasn't a one time thing either. Last week at 10pm on a Wednesday night, I order and a song is playing with the N word every other word, cussing non-stop and the song is talking about what I guy wants to do to a girl with or without her concent. Highly, highly unprofessional and it made me uncomfortable. Whether I am ordering alone or with a minor/family member in the car, I should not have to wonder if I have to worry about explicit content at what should be a safe for all ages/backgrounds restaurant. The other issue is the food quality. I have been to this location over a dozen times. At this point, it seems I have more troubles than satisfaction after receiving orders. I asked what was on one of their nachos. I was told beef and other ingredients. Only got some shredded cheese, sour cream and tomatoes. The whole reason I went for the nachos was for the added protein of the beef. The flour tortillas are dry half the time. The soda fountain will be out of syrup. When I get the snack queso quesadillas, I don't really taste any queso sauce most of the time. I could go on- no really. I could continue with the disappointment, but I think this location can continue with the disappointment on its own. I don't want to listen to absolutely bottom of the barrel music that's more explicit lyrics than anything and I don't want to feel like I have wasted so much money for drinks I can't drink or food that isn't what I thought I would get when ordering something with "queso" in the name or when someone messes up making something as...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe quality of the food itself isn't bad (for Del Taco) with the exception of the super skimpy taco Tuesday tacos. Howeber that being said, I only continue to go to this location because It's the closest by about half the distance and at 2AM closenessexceptional service. Almost every employee sounds like they hate their job, I generally have to repeat some components of my order every time, sometimes repeatedly, and I would say at least 1/3 of the time something in my order is still incorrect/missing. While I realize this is a food service job and not the Ritz, I always say please and thank you, have my form of paymemt ready by the time I get to the window, never get irritable if it takes them a while to get to taking my order, I have to repeat it, or if I'm asked to park and wait for my order. I don't want my butt kissed, but faking a smile rather than making me feel like I'm taking up their time would be nice.
So tl;dr: not bad quality and open late, but they may mess up your order and probably don't care...

Missing Carmel bites from my drive thru order. My whole order was $48 worth of food. I drove the 10 min. Back walked in and calmly Informed Julio that he forgot my large order of cheese cake bites. He knew... I was calm but irritated. I asked him, do you think could get a few extra for the inconvenience. "We will see, We'll see" I waited patiently. He handed my order with nothing extra. I asked him again , so no extra bites. He replied "I don't like the way your acting" WHAT? I WAS SO NICE. I could not believe that. I had to take 25 min back and forth, with my food getting cold at home. I did not yell. He then offered me some old fries that we sitting there. I will not be back to this location. HE NEVER EVEN APOLOGIZED. We all have our bad days, but Julio needs some customer...
