Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Anaheim

The service is horrible. I ordered a large ice coffee and a small hot coffee. The girl hand over 2 hot coffees. I asked her nicely that I ordered a large ice coffee first then added a small hot coffee. Instead of adding ice to my coffee she showed attitudes to me. She walked away without talking to me then spoke Spanish to her-coworker with an angry voice letting me hanging there. The coworker helped me with another cup of ice. I asked her what happened to that girl, she came back and talked back to me that I ordered two hots and then now this and that then walked away. What kinda service was that? I came back and asked for the manager, they told me that there is no manager at this location. Service was great very polite personal my problem was that RIBEYE BURGER it was just disgusting I’m a driver I’ve had nasty and good burgers before I don’t mean to exaggerate but even am pm cheese is better then that RIBEYE BURGER. I have dogs and the meat in that burger taste like my dog food smells ever had that thing that you could smell something so much you could almost taste it well that was my experience. Ordered through doordash and meal didnt come with the drink that was ordered and is clearly on the receipt. Doordash driver returned to jack in the box and said they insisted there was no drink yet it stated on receipt. Burger came wrong to top it off. Called the place only for them to say they did give the doordash driver the drink hmm sketchy. Doordasher provided address i highly doubt they would if they took a drink. Employee said sorry about the burger and gave no resolution. They also said they couldnt refund....
