Wienerschnitzel — Restaurant in Anaheim

This particular location struggles with customer service. It's my nearest wienerschnitzel but every time I go I have a horrible experience with staff. I don't frequent it often due to the lack of respect and training they show. Chose to go on my bday to redeem a free corn dog, only to be disrespected once again. Horrible attentiveness to customers, not a busy location, I'm sure their customer service plays a big factor into that. Train staff, appreciate them for they can at least try to be kind to customers. Jazlyn, DO BETTER!!! Very disappointing. Please follow up on training skills. Over 5 min wait to order while hearing her chit chat and laugh over the intercom, got the order wrong, failed to repeat order, over charged due to failure to repeat order adding item not requested, gave attitude, ignored me while trying to correct her on the mistake, talked back once asked about the item to another staff member, rolled her eyes infront of other guests inside restaurant and finally slammed my order on the counter once wrong item was removed. The only things that remain decently good at Wienerschnitzel are the corn dogs, shakes, banana splits & the chili itself. The hot dogs though??? There is something about the hot dogs that is a bit weird & it's not just this this particular store but all of them. It's like the hot dogs snap when you bit into them. I don't notice it with the corn dog to much but definitely with the chili cheese dogs. The flavor of the hot dogs aren't that fantastic either. I usually take a bit or 2 from the corn dog & then just eat the breading. The service was slow but I think they were under staffed the day I went but they were still very friendly & got the job done. The store itself needs some work. Maybe some paint & replace the the florescent lights on the hot dog signs on the side of the wall. I didn't go inside so idk what it looks like in there but from what I could see it wasn't promising but who knows it could have just been a bad angle. I don't visit this place often or any of the other stores unless I'm craving a cup of chili, a ice cream dessert...

I walk up with a coupon and give it to Ashley and she begins typing at the register like she is writing 'War and Peace!" When she finally gets done I tell her, I will wait for freshly made corn dogs because I see some sitting in the warming station. After I pay, I also tell her I would like 4 mustards and 6 ketchups because since Covid there are no more ketchup/mustard dispensers, nor packets that you can grab yourself. So another member calls out our order number and can see we are sitting in a booth --- but our order is in to-go bags! Not a problem, so I get the bags and we sit back down to eat and guess what . . . the corn dogs are not right out of the fryer and secondly --- NO ketchup and NO mustard! AMD we are the only ones in the restaurant! INCREDIBLE! So I get up and go get the condiments, and I tell the male worker that maybe they should put Ashley on Fries!
