Lee's Sandwiches — Restaurant in Anaheim

Went in today to get a iced coffee and a sandwich to go. Took over 30 minutes with no crowd. Waited and waited. Then noticed that they gave out the eat in order before me with 5 unwrapped sandwiches and one wrapped that looked like mine. Two people after me get their order and still nothing. I inquire about my order and the old lady starts to ask the kitchen. They insist they made it and the old lady finally realizes the mistake. Instead of making a new one she comes out behind the counter and harassed the family eating and grabs the opened sandwich. The dad had already picked meat out of it. She then proceeded to argue with him that is not theirs. What then blows my mind is that she then takes it into the kitchen and 10 seconds later it my order comes out. I question the sandwich and insist on a fresh one. She proceeds to tell me that the sandwich is not the one she just took. I open the sandwich and show her there is no meat and that I saw the man remove it and add it to his sandwich. She then gets mad and says that if I want a remake, I have to buy a new one because she gave me what I ordered there. Shocked, I demanded my money back and she refused at first until I told her calling the cops. Do not go here. The worst I have ever...

The moment I got in, I realized there was no AC and lots of flies flying around due to only having the door open for air. It was well over 90 degrees outside and the place was so hot and sticky. The sandwiches itself were small, dry, and the meat tasted old. Not the best at all compared to the other Lee's Sandwiches. It was also hard to interact with the cashier because she didn't know English well. The cashier (an old lady) was also rude, had no manners, and made errors as I was ordering my sandwiches which I had to keep on correcting. I asked for 2 large avocado boba smoothie but received a different flavor (see photo). She did NOT want to correct my order and told me to just take and accept the incorrect order and offered me a discount of $1🤦🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️she finally agreed after I kept insisting on it. I don't understand why she couldn't just correct the smoothies right away instead of making me go back multiple times. The service was also VERY slow. For only 2 other people being there, I had to wait almost 20 minutes just to get the food.  Overall, the worst experience I've had with Lee's Sandwiches. Not returning to this...

Do NOT go here unless you want to get SCAMMED!! I am a big fan of Lee’s sandwiches and coffee so this incident was a huge disappointment and shock to me. When we walked in, there was a noticeable smell to the place, but I tried not to mind it too much. When we came up to the counter, we were ignored until we asked if they were taking orders. We were dismissed rudely and told to wait, although many people were standing around unoccupied. Once we were able to order (one regular size ice coffee and a large ice coffee) and the drinks arrived, the lids were not properly secured so it spilled on me. I brushed it off and moved on from the unpleasant interaction until a few days later I noticed the charge on my credit card. They charged me $92.97 FOR ONLY TWO COFFEES! When I had ordered, they had said that receipt machine wasn’t working that day so I could not provide the credit card company evidence to dispute the charge either. How convenient for them!
