El Nopal Restaurante — Restaurant in Anaheim

The atmosphere was dark if you sit on the booth section. Music was good since I like reggaeton but it replayed the same 4 songs which eventually became annoying. I ordered 2 tostadas de ceviche de pescado and another plate of Carne Asada. The tostadas plate was big 1 order of a tostada can fill you up. However, the chips it came with were stale. I ended up eating it with the chips from the chips and salsa. The Asada plate was good. Definitely a big meal. The foods presentation was adequate. Furthermore, the Agua de Piña was very watered down it wasn’t sweet. Which isn’t bad but if you don’t drink it before the ice melts it’ll be flavorless. Parking was available but the plaza is small therefore parking can possibly be an issue. I wouldn’t be returning simply because it didnt impress me...

It was a Sunday Afternoon my Mother Was Craving some Camarones Ala Diabla. So we go inside Nopal Restaurant. A gentlemen greeted us, (not sure if it was the owner). To go seat at an open Table and sit down. The environment was jumping. Didn't take long for the menus and the Waitress to take Our Order. Ofcourse my mother got her Camarones Ala Diabla. Which she Finish all. And kept saying it was Great food. I got Some pasta Marinara. I also love my dish And was really full. I really like the experience we finish and left happy. I will visit once again when I'm able and I hope the services remains the same and excels even more Thank You...

I would give this place 5 stars if it wasn't for the service. The waitresses waiting during lunch time are rude. I come here often because I really like the shrimp cocktail abs chile relleno. It be nice to be welcomed into the restaurant instead of getting the stink eye. (Cara de futchi) lol. But seriously these girls could use a class or 6 on customer service. I understand that this isn't their restaurant and could give 2 s*s about it, but someone worked hard to have this business and it sucks for them that their staff is making people feel low they should find another restaurant to get their authentic...
