Sushi@Sushi — Restaurant in Anaheim

My family and I occasionally come here. Whenever we want sushi. Itvwas one of the first places we tried , we like their rolls so we would continue to come back. However, the last few times we've dined in the service contina lee worsened and the last time was the last time. We ( a party of 4 ) arrived minutes before 2 other parties, ( a party of 2, and a larger party of about 7-8). Of course we were sat down first then the party of 2 and the party of 7-8. Our order was laken after the party of 2, the waitress had no concern to ask or bring water unless we waved her down - to which she seemed annoyed, the took the larger parties order, brought out the food for the party of two, brought out food for the larger party while we say and waited, and waited and waited. My wife was ready to go but my kids were hungry so we stayed. When she brought out the food she dropped it off at the table and left, I had to find chop sticks myself, I had to go ask for the Ginger and wasabi I had to ask for a refill on our drinks, I had to reminder she didn't bring out one of the dishes my wife ordered so she wouldn't charge us for what we didn't recieve, she walked around continously serving and attending to other parties but ignored us. Some might ask, well why did u stay and spend your money. I Decided to stay because I wanted to make sure my thoughts were facts and not a figure of my imagination. You know what. I love Sushi and I’ve traveled around trying many sushi restaurants trying to find unique quality sushi restaurants that have that flare to make you want to come back again and again. I found that this Sushi restaurant was one of those I would visit again. You know what sets it apart. Is the sushi guys at the sushi bar that welcome you in and make sure to say goodbye on your way out. Not only is there a great greeting, but the service is great too. Even though they are small they pumped out the orders with great speed and finesse. Also, they have very unique sushi rolls that I haven’t seen at most sushi bars. Probably the most impersonal Sushi dining experience we have ever experienced. We walked in and we're asked were we wanted to be seated I replied the Sushi Bar. We sat down a waited 10min before I asked someone walking by may we order some drinks I also had to ask for a menu. Not one person ever said hello, welcome or an acknowledgement from the two guys behind the sushi bar. It was like a SNL skit or something, the sashimi portions were small, and their rolls were smothered with sauces. We were never asked once if we wanted another Beer or Tea refill.
