I was in the airport in Atl last Friday preparing to leave for Los Angeles for one ofmy best friend’s 50th Birthday celebration and realized that we had not ordered a cake for his celebration. I did a Google search for bakery’s in the Anaheim area and Sweet Oven Bliss was second in the list of many . I attempted to order from the first one that was a part of the listings however to no avail they were not able to accommodate me on such short notice, so I then contacted the number listed for Sweet Oven Bliss . After no more than 5 minutes of leaving a detailed voicemail of what I wanted , I received a call from a very friendly lady who answered all of my questions and gave me the greatest experience of customer service that I’ve ever had . The process of ordering was smooth and I asked for delivery to the Airbnb address where we were staying on the Sunday for the celebration and I must say that Sweet Oven Bliss not only delivered a beautiful and delicious cake but also delivered excellent professional and prompt service. My best friend and everyone else who attended thoroughly enjoyed the cake I ordered. I will most definitely be a returning customer whenever I visit the Anaheim area again and I will also refer to others . Blessings to Patty Sweet...

Where do I begin with how fantastic my experience was with Sweet Oven Bliss?! I am not one of those people who is good with remembering birthdays well enough ahead of time to order a cake say a week ahead. So I scrambled to get a cake for my dear friend last minute. Very last minute. I messaged the bakery on Instagram thinking I may or may not get a response. Within minutes, I got a friendly and helpful response. Patty was attentive and gave me all the options she could make for me last minute. I still can’t believe she did this so last minute and was so kind about it! Best customer service I’ve received in a while...possibly ever? Amazing.

They made this stunning cake for my friend, and she LOVED IT!! They also delivered for a reasonable fee. And it arrived perfectly. I can’t wait to try the cakes here myself soon!

I had an awesome experience with Sweet Oven Bliss! I needed a cake for my mom's 70th birthday - one that would make her feel as special as she is to me. After a disasterous attempt at talking with another bakery, I reached out to Sweet Oven Bliss. Patty was so kind and patient from the start. I, of course, was now up against a tight deadline since the other plans fell through and was certain I couldn't be accommodated. Patty not only accomodated me, she customized the cake better than I had ever imagined (the books even had edible pages!) And not only that, but she was VERY patient in giving me many options to choose from to make it fit into my budget. There was a great selection of flavors to choose from, too.
