Pizza D’Amore Anaheim — Restaurant in Anaheim

Thought I try this pizza place for a change. I've been driving by for several years now. Always captured my curiosity and that day is today. I walked in and noticed a young lady working the kitchen. She proceeded to take my order for a large pizza with 2 toppings. She said it'll take 13 to 15 minutes. I was not too excited but sceptical and contemplating canceling my order. After all this place was a hole in wall and not much to look at. So my order was ready, picked up my pizza and left. I opened the box and saw a very well made pizza. No visible grease spots on the top. I took a bite and tasted all fresh ingredients. No after taste of cardboard or oils. I was impressed It was tremendously delicious. Now looking back that one young lady working the kitchen and taking my order just validates the quality and freshness of the ingredients of the pizza. I mean you have all these other well know pizza locations with all their staff. Who knows what there doing. The fact is one lady with just her hands and no other makes it just that good.
