And trust me. The 1-star rating was only because I couldn't submit me REAL feedback WO a rating. So after placing a almost $40 Order, I walked around to the *condinmebt" area and grabbed 4 tarter and 4 cocktail sauces My hands were full and I still needed napkins and vinegar so when I found the bags at front counter, I gragged one and went to get the rest of my "condinment" needs. As I was doing so I noticed that a man followed me around the corner and then when he sse me stop at the commitments, he turned around and disappeared are the corner. Not knowing the my husband was watching all of this I heard him say to the "man", "are you looking for something?". To which the man replied, "all the excessive condiments you have in your bag!", Loudly and with several other patrons in the store. I then said "so after spending $45 on shrimp fish and chicken, I can't get 6 trarter and 8 cocktail suace?". To which he replied, "we have limits on what we can give out." Then I said , "Si then why do have have them over hwr in big containers with NO sign that says "thale one other two but no more?" I mean if there's a limit, you should have told me when I asked for extra tarter sauce on the side. But to humiliate and paying customer was NOT the way for MANAGER. Ben Right, to handle the situation. Not only did you lose a paying customer, a $40 SALE, and had already made the $40 worth of food that then had to be thrown away, I will also post this on my Facebook account with over 2K followers and 500 staff that eat there regularly, what a horrible business this is. I mean how dare BEN Right to handle the whole interaction so unprofessional. I hope and pray that Captain Das has more pride and appreciation for the resident of Madison Count that have held them in such high regards all these years to allow this guy to treat customers this way. Let me give you a cluae Mr. wrong. How about ma'am. I'm sorry we didn't have signage our that explained our condiment policy this time. so no extra charge this time. But so that you know, the next time we will have to charge for extra sauces. That would have been.gtrst versus the...
Read moreAll good things must come to an end. Have been going there for last 15+ years for one thing only and that was the Giant Fish Sandwich. After ordering the same sandwich as always today they have apparently decided to keep the name but no longer make it giant. The bun has always been a giant bun hence the name. They have changed to a small hamburger bun that barely covers the fish. The fish was also fried in old oil that ruined the flavor. I don't know how much this bun reduction is going to save them cost wise in the long run, but if this is how they are made now it sure will keep me from coming back after all these years. Drive thru staff is never friendly anymore like employees at most establishments nowadays. Also I hope the cook yelling "I gotta pee" from the kitchen so loud that I could hear him inside my car finally got his...
Read moreThe food is AMAZING if they can get it right... I ordered food in the drive thru and they messed up the order. I found out after I was a few miles down the road so I called to ask for a refund and the lady on the phone said "yeah I can refund that for you" and then moments later hung up on me. I did not ever get a refund for my items and I do not drive past this area anymore. I am a little upset that when companies like this make a mistake the response is "well drive yourself BACK and spend your own time and money to get here then we will do the bare minimum to simply fix what we messed up". Very rarely do you see a company say anymore "sorry about the mix up here have this free meal or ice cream or fries or ANYTHING on us for the inconvenience" the VERY LEAST you could do since I am not getting the item I paid for is train your...
