Wish I could give negative stars. Worst customer service I've ever had. Ordered at 8:35 on, was told my order would be ready in about 15 minutes and informed they close at 9. I reassured the order taker that I live close and would be there. Arrived at 8:47, paid, was told my order would be another 10 minutes. The restaurant and parking lot were entirely empty, and most places don't take delivery orders that close to closing, but I'm supposed to believe that they were so busy that my order hadn't been started due to other orders ahead of me. At 8:57, my pizza still wasn't ready. At 8:59, I'm given my pizza and told my bread sticks will be another few minutes. I asked for my money back for the bread sticks because I wanted to have never placed this order to begin with by that point. Was told they were being boxed, refused refund. Asked names of employees and when a manager would be available, was told their uncle would be in the next morning. Lovely. I was very excited, having enjoyed their pizza at a sponsored swimming event that they sent a truck to. I regret ordering from this place, I regret not cancelling my order before I paid, and would have done so if they had informed me that my food wasn't even started. I will never return, I will recommend any restaurant before this one. First and last time customer.
Reply to the owner: I was absolutely NOT offered a refund, I was also upset, but in no way aggressive. I did return to question the size of the pizza, since it seemed exactly like the large. I was informed that there are only two sizes, small and x-large. I repeated my complaint, was informed that I don't know how pizza restaurants operate, and physically intimidated by your employee who refused to give me his name. Perhaps that is the "aggressive" behavior, since I asked several times. I was going to come speak with someone, perhaps try and resolve this incident or at least know that management knows. Thank you for eliminating that need. I will, however be there for my full refund that you think I received. Or proof of the charge reversal if it was done...

Had specific directions for her meal but when the meal finally arrived (we had to wait awhile), she did not have the opportunity to check her food before the delivery man had departed. To her disappointment, none of the directions were followed and the price to her meal at least 2-4 dollars more.
She was told when asking about price changes and being able to afford a meal worth its price that, "We just don't feel comfortable recommending certain meals that would save them more money." - What kind of rubbish? Who DOESN'T appreciate saving money?! I know I do! A very poor excuse. Just admit you want to run pockets dry because apparently, this isn't the first time prices were hiked up.
When she called to file a complaint, they initially just wanted to put her refund on a gift card or have her pick it up. We work around the clock and cannot afford to continue to return somewhere just to get the meal we've originally ordered.
None of the people who worked there were willing to give her their names and even the MANAGER stated they weren't "comfortable" giving out their name and REFUSED to get on the phone with her. Inexcusable. If you can't take a phone call for a customer complaint, then you don't deserve to be a manager. We will think twice before we order from here again and telling our coworkers how they handle business.
P.S - Our pizza order was made and this being the first time I've eaten there, I wasn't really impressed. We had the order right but the pizza was just .. soggy. Rubbery. As expensive as this was? This definitely wasn't worth the money and won't be worth yours. Go to...
Read moreAnother co-worker of mine, even though I've warned him plenty of times to not order here, had paid for a small pizza for himself and another friend. The pizza that come over was specifically meant to have pepperoni, some bbq sauce and bacon.
Not only did the pizza have white sauce, it had olives on it and no bacon whatsoever. The pizza looked like a sorry mess as most of it looked overcooked and they threw it away in disgust.
As far as wanting the refund, they had called that same night and said they wanted to have the refund placed on the card. They tried to talk him out of it and just "get a new pizza" but I'm not sure who has that kind of time to drive all the way back to the pizza place, while they already spent their lunch out GETTING the pizza, to get a new one that should've been fine in the first place. In the end, they did agree to do the refund.
Today, the coworker named Ryan called back for his refund and was told that he couldn't get one unless he went inside. This is a bit of odd news concerning that the employees inside DID NOT say that he would need to come inside. He was told that if he couldn't go in for his refund then he could speak with the owner tomorrow at 2pm when he arrives- even though most if not ANYONE (unless you work 3rd shift) would still be working and not be able to contact him.
He, like myself and many others who work at our job will never order at Greek's again and while I am sorry that he had to go through this experience - I told him that this was a lesson learned and hopefully to anybody else. There are quite a handful of pizza places out there (again, Marco's) that have great pizza's for not nearly as expensive and disgraceful looking as what this company offers.
Beware...
