So my boyfriend got dinner for us from this place.. and I got the chimmichanga and he got Coronado's. Which were so salty he couldn't even eat his dinner , it ended up going in the trash.. mine was under cooked and soggy.. which I know when it goes in the to- go container that from the condensation it will collect moisture n soften up. But sorry I can tell the difference in under cooked n it being soggy from condensation. When i call to tell them I was not satisfued with the food, I was treated with nothing but attitude, and basically that i was wrong and he was right. Mistakes do happen sometimes guy, but I guess not in your world.The manager or whoever he was doesn't care about costumers and if they are satisfied with the service they recieve. I've worked in the food industry and that should be priority number 1. Costumer satisfaction and making yoyr costumers feeling happy and content with the service they are paying for. He didn't say sorry or offer to refund or replace us with another order.. he offered nothing but bad attitude and basically called me a liar. We need to stop all this being mean and inconsiderate to our fellow man, he said he didn't care about reviews. Ordered Yolandas, enchiladas, opted for seafood filling, very sparse filling, skimped on cheese-sauce, and it was cold. I was very disappointed 😞 I won't be back. Well, I said I would never go back…….Guess what? I was invited to lunch by a very good friend of mine. So, I went. The food was as bad as I’ve ever had. So bland and tasteless, there ought to be a law against it! I had ask our server to add onions to my cheese enchiladas, which they did, for an additional fee. The onions were added but less cheese is not what I expected. The cheese was not melted and everything was cold including the whole meal.
