Taco Bell — Restaurant in Anderson

Okay I just want to start off by y'all really need to pay attention by the first star ratings. This Taco Bell is a joke and has been a joke I've stopped here quite a few different times because I try and give the place a chance I used to live right down the road that's what took me so long to make the review but they do not make sure you have the correct order half the time the shitz cold they're roods specially during the evening I mean I understand you're open late but you are a place that stays open late and should have good service I'm in a state now that has Taco Bells everywhere and most of my don't have issues that I prefer real Mexican restaurant if I wanted something like this song. I went through the drive-through and ordered two soft tacos no lettuce they gave me two supreme tacos no lettuce so I went back around and I said I don’t want supreme tacos I want two regular tacos well regular soft tacos no lettuce and they still gave me two supreme soft tacos no lettuce, so I came back around for the third time and said Just want two soft tacos with just meat and cheese and then they finally get it right my two soft tacos. I also ordered three big cheese it no lettuce or tomato at chipotle sauce and neither one of them had chipotle sauce so when I went back around the first time for my soft tacos Being incorrect, they gave me 3 cups of chipotle sauce if I had an option to give this zero stars I would because I basically wasted gas just for them to mess up my order over and over again they need to learn how to do their jobs, and to actually listen to the people who are ordering because clearly They don’t know what soft taco with no lettuce means I’ve ordered it like that from time and time again and I’ve always got a regular taco with no lettuce if I wanted a supreme taco, I would say supreme, but I never order a...

I don’t know why I continue coming back to this Taco Bell, but it’s convenient because I live down the road. Some days I get great service other days I’m treated like an inconvenience. I ordered my food tonight no issues got my bag realized I had Diablo and fire sauce in the bag I specifically asked for hot and mild when she asked me it’s even on my receipt. She opened the window back up, she was annoyed I explained to her that I didn’t like Diablo or fire if I could get hot and mild she rudely said I gave you what you asked for and handed me a couple sauces and rolled her eyes. There was no point in her being that way towards me I was very nice to her and she did seem very overwhelmed but she had no reason to lie to my face when I know she heard me ask for hot and mild. So my daughter asked me to stop so she could go in and get her some more sauce, my daughter asked me why she was rude to me and I didn’t know what to say, just told her she must be having g a bad day.
