Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Anderson

Fourth of July: experience was the worst I ever encountered. Sad because we use to go there all the time. Counter staff was very bland and affect was flat which is fine I suppose it is Anderson.

She was filling orders out of order people were waiting for almost an hour and she consistently would say ten minutes when people inquired about the wait time. After I saw at least two people get called up I went up to the counter and asked how much longer - it was close to an hour wait already. I ordered a cheese pizza ....lol and cheesy bread not a complex order. She does a 360 and comes back with another staff they are talking and doing something with the register and she blankly hands me a receipt?? I was like what is this? Refund...okay...just very rude. I've worked tons of jobs like that it is no big deal you just apologize and say I'll check on your order. 'I see you and your toddler have been waiting in the lobby for a long time.' PEOPLE understand if there was a crazy large order.

I know they are hurting for staff as a lot of people...but the waiting room was packed she should not...

Bad experience, would not recommend . Store attached order ticket on wrong pizza . Door Dasher picked up only part of the order. Ordered stuffed crust pepperoni, + brownies. Received stuffed cheese pizza no brownie but the correct ticket was attached to the box. Door Dasher should have looked at ticket and saw there was 2 items . Restaurant should have put correct pizza and brownies stacked together, for pickup. Each entity blamed the mistake on each other, but no one took responsibility to fix it. Very disappointed that 2 different entities could not come together to correct a mistake . When I communicated with the Door Dash person, it said the info had been translated. So, now I am concerned who Door Dash is hiring that maybe cannot speak english. So they do not possess the ability to read the order ticket and know total quantity of food they should be leaving with . ? The male , I spoke with at Little Ceasers straight up said , not our problem since it was picked up by Door Dash. Even though the box was tagged incorrectly and product was incorrect. But not his...

Horrible. I ordered 1 pepperoni pizza and crazy bread with extra topping. It took 15 minutes for my food. Then i ask the manager how long it should take to make both of those and he said 6-7 minutes. Then when i ask him why it took 15 he was out of words. If there employees were doing there damn job and bot on the phone it could be done. Bot the first issude we had there seen employees having sex next to the buulding outside in plain sight. Watched numerous drug transactions take place. And one time they sold me moldy breadsticks that made my daughter sick and then wanted to argue and aay its just remnants from the dough machine. Only reason we went there was its cheap and easy. Well i would rather starve then return its ridiculous. And if you call there corporate line or file a complaint online there is absolutley no follow through. Very bad experience and horrible...
