Made a purchase of almost 500 dollars here today. The experience was delightful. Both ladies were both very nice and very very helpful. Large selection of stones and many varieties of sage bundles. They make their own perfumes and bath salts and even spell oils. They were patient with my grandma who had alot of questions and kindly answered them all. The whole time we were accompanied by their very friendly cats. Definitely not our last time shopping here. My last thing to add is that I didn't know such small shops had reward programs but they do. I've been waiting for months to check this place out. I was so excited to get my chance today. First time in there, and I'm fairly new to the craft so I had a lot of questions, but the customer service was awful. There was only 2 young ladies in there, maybe their late teens - early 20s. They both stayed in the office talking to each other, completely ignoring that I was there. I stayed and looked around for about 10 minutes. Neither bothered to ask me what I was looking for or if they could offer to help me find anything. I wasn't going to get their attention and ask them to do their job, so I left.
