We got 2 chicken entrees, dumplings, and spring rolls. I got to the restaurant to pick up my online order really fast expecting to have to wait… but it was already ready. Yet, when i got it home a couple minutes later the chicken was cold, hard, and inedible. Like it had just been sitting there all day and all they did was scoop it up, which is why is was ready so fast. The sauce on the crazy chicken and the general toa’s both tasted like bland, undoctored, jarred sauce from the grocery store full of preservatives. A gross processed mayo based sauce. The dumplings and spring rolls werent much better. Tasted old and they had that softness that comes after fried food has been sitting out all day. Plus they were cold. We got a couple bites into everything and both decided to cut our losses and we couldnt eat any more. We threw the rest away…

The place was clean with a nice atmosphere. Very relaxing. Food was served in take-away dishes and brought to the table. Chicken tempura was great, basically what you'd find at a fair. Not sure how the fried Oreos were cooked but they were okay. The green tea ice cream was fantastic. It was also my first time eating it so nothing to compare to. The express teriyaki chicken bowl wasn't that great. Chicken was dry and the veggies tasted off. Bento box chicken was better, not as dry. The ragoon was a very sweet cream cheese and the sushi was meh at best. My 9 year old thought the dumplings were amazing and ate those right up. Not really sure I'd choose to go back personally.

I've only ever gotten the sushi, so I don't know how the rest of the menu is. But I love their sushi. Easily my favorite place to go. Somewhat pricey but honestly not surprised for how good the sushi is. Haven't been disappointed. I personally recommend the Treasure Island dish, by far my favorite.

First and foremost we have been ordering food from here for years. I ordered my food over the phone for carry out. Which was 2 orders of general so’s chicken and rice with a side of egg rolls. I specifically ordered extra duck sauce. Once I paid for our food I got my receipt and took it to a table so I could check my order to verify my it was correct to which it was other than the extra duck sauce. There were only 3 in the bag so I waited for her to cash the other gentleman out that was paying for his order. Once he was finished I asked her if I could have a few more duck sauces to which she said in a hateful tone and an angry face..I put 6 in your bag. I told her I checked it and there is only 3 so she grabs a few and literally slams them into my hand to where they fell all over the counter! She was huffing and puffing like a little child who had to share for the first time in life! She acted like I was robbing her business for asking for the sauces for the food I PAID for ! Terrible and shameful attitude for someone on the front face for their business and I truly hope she does not treat anyone else like this! Very bad for business treating the people who keep their business up and running like this Not to mention the general so’s chicken was completely soggy and cold like it was made several hours before we even thought about ordering it! We will not be returning! We will gladly take our business elsewhere where the food is fresh and service...

I used to absolutely love this restaurant. I'm not sure what happened. It used to be my favorite and the food was consistently amazing.

Recently, maybe in the last 2 months or so, the quality has gone downhill. The wonderful atmosphere is still there, and the people working there are still very sweet, but the food is significantly worse now. The sushi rolls have been very loose and fall apart easy, and the rice is very mushy. I get the Mickey Roll and spicy kani roll typically, but recently every piece falls apart easily. The spicy imitation crab on top is not mixed well or even shredded. The coconut chicken has been soggy and the fried rice has been bland and mushy. I tried getting a beef bento box, but the beef was bland and the vegetables mushy. I had the same problem with the rice and sushi. The only good part was the crab rangoon.

I thought it was a one off, so I gave Ninja of Japan so many more chances. However, the food has consistently not been good the last 5 or so times I have been there. I love this restaurant and I hate to see the quality degrade the way it has. I don't know if there is a new chef or what, but I hope that they are able to figure it out so I can start consistently...

It was okay, but definitely not amazing like the other reviews say. Not sure if they've ever had amazing sushi, but this is not it. Stuck in town and thought I'd give it a try. Ordered around 7pm over the phone, was told it would be 10 minutes, was there within 5 and it was ready. The tempura was soft and soggy, none of it crispy like it should be. The dumplings were crispy but no noticeable flavor. The sushi rolls were out in the same bag as the hot food so they were starting to get warm. The rice was cooked well but sticky. The eel had good flavor but the salmon was just starting get a fight smell. Like I said, just okay but definitely not anything make me want to return. The lady on the phone was nice and if you're the least bit familiar with Asian accents she was not hard to understand at all as another review mentioned. She is the reason for the third star, the food...
