Overall, I was Not At All Satisfied with the service provided by the team member who helped at Pharmacy pick-up/checkout drive - thru. The team member was not a constructive communicator. The team member made me uncomfortable with the framing of their communication style. The team member was not considerate with their communication style during my visit. My visit was not person-centered but more offensive.

Showed up to get a covid booster and flu shot as allowed through the CVS website. Also came to get a flu shot for my 6 year old. The pharmacy employee rudely told me the website is wrong and they won't do flu shots for kids under 12. She yelled my personal information across the pharmacy rather than using a computer near me.

She refused to do a covid shot and flu shot at the same time even though it was allowed through the website. She also then was upset when she couldn't find my info in the computer. She kept spelling my name wrong and was upset when I corrected her.

I'd give them a ZERO if I could! I'm retired and travel a lot and because of that I have had my doctor send my prescriptions to different CVS Drug Stores in many towns and states. NEVER have I been interrogated by a technician like the one at 38th and Main in Anderson, Indiana. Asking personal questions about why I need them, the quantity that I receive, and why I need them filled is NOT their business! The technician there is...

I had a script sent to CVS from MedCheck and they didn’t get it ready until the next day. I also had a script in process which they didn’t want to get ready until like a day or two later. They didn’t want to be bothered to get it ready while I was there to get my other script so I didn’t have to come back twice. I only use CVS when my pharmacy is closed but I will now wait until my pharmacy opens on the next...
