Mr. Patel, the store's owner, DOESN'T deserve your business and the following is why! I normally never write reviews however, I was at this location while a woman came in to get a sandwich order replaced. This was an order for a single foot long sub. The first thing wrong with this location is that the owner seems to have scheduled the only 3 people currently working at this time to be 3 girls all under the age of 18. No Adult working there at all. The female customer evidently had a sandwich made incorrectly 2 days ago. At that time she had brought the sandwich back and the manager on duty refused to remake it. Yesterday she came into the store and the person there said to come back when she was ready for a sandwich and it would get taken care of for her. So, today the woman called the store to let them know she was coming in to get the replacement sandwich about 20 minutes prior to arriving at the store. I was there to witness what happened after she arrived. When she got to the end of the sandwich making process (the payment phase), she was then told by the young girl working at the counter that they would have to contact the owner before they could let her take the sandwich. I was there while the girl explained the situation I stated above to Mr. Patel over the phone and even though the woman had the receipt for the sandwich, Mr. Patel would not replace her sandwich. Mr. Patel said that the woman would have to bring the sandwich back in order to have it replaced! Really? Mr. Patel wants a customer to keep a sandwich that was made wrong, laying around until the customer is finally ready to eat Subway again? Especially after they wouldn't remake the sandwich for the woman when she brought it back the first time. Mind you during the 15 - 20 minutes that the Owner kept the employee on the phone, no one (including my sandwich) was getting taken care of. On top of it all, the woman was only trying to have 1 single foot long replaced. This was going to cost subway probably 2 dollars and some change worth of ingredients vs how many people in the store now think that the owner of the establishment is a horrible person who doesn't try to please customers. The girl at the counter evidently finally talked the manager into giving the woman her sandwich. Now, this is where my level of respect for Mr. Patel drops from low digits down to negative numbers. The high school student female employee is then kept on the phone by Mr. Patel for another 10 minutes after this incident and while I couldn't hear the conversation, the girl was in tears after she hung up the phone!! Really? An owner that berates his staff to the point of tears because of a customer the needed a $6 foot long replaced? All I can say is that Mr. Patel should be glad that his store is a franchise store and not a corporate store and there's no one to report his behavior to because that is RIDICULOUS!! Anyways, Please everyone, Don't bother to patronize this establishment any longer. Tried to refuse me 2 of my 4 drinks because I only have 2 hands. How do I magically carry 4 drinks and 3 chips all at once with an injured leg?
