I'd like to bring an issue to attention regarding a customer experience at Location Restaurant #00003661 / 2817 N. Broadway Anderson, IN.
Store manager (Polly Davis) failed to meet customer expectations. I believe the manager ignored my order and request. I was denied respect for my time and choosing of this location. I believe (Polly Davis) was unhelpful, rude and dismissive in front of her staff. The manager lack of concern for her position as well as customer experience was disturbing.
I was at this location during breakfast hours for a carry-out order, with only 45 mins left before breakfast ended. I order biscuits and gravy. I specifically asked for my biscuits to be cook to order on the side. I wanted to check the accuracy of my order. I was informed of a 5 min wait time for fresh biscuits.
The manager had me wait for just over 5 mins creating an illusion, only to give me biscuits that had been sitting. The manager did not respect my service or time. I asked the manager for her name, she stated it would be on the refund receipt. Once refunded, she refused to give me a refund receipt. Contradicting and arguing her original statement.
The original receipt attached was the initial receipt. I did not want to report the incorrect person. There was a hesitation on the managers part to...

Every time I visit this location the wait time is long and the food is either short or inaccurate. Most recently I visited this location at around 0930 on April 15th. I was on foot so I could not access the drive thru. The dining room doors were locked. I had to call the employees inside to get in the building.
I placed my order for 5 breakfast sandwiches and seasoned potatoes. Eventually I was given a bag with 4 sandwiches and cold potatoes. After checking the bag I asked for my other sandwich, which the not so pleasant rough looking young lady brought to me a few minutes later.
Arriving home and unpacking the food with family we discovered 3/5 sandwiches were missing the egg that was supposed to be on them; Including the one on top that was put in after I realized it was missing.
Unfortunately this was a typical visit at this location and probably why it's never very busy; while mcdonald's across the road has cars in line wrapped around...
Read moreWent to the drive through just before 9pm on Thursday. We ordered food for two people and were asked to park in a parking spot to wait for our food (no big deal). A couple of minutes later another car parked next to us and was waiting on the same thing. They bring out this other car's food and they had to ask them what their drink order was, which I found odd. After waiting for 17 minutes an attendant finally comes out to our car and asks what we had ordered... I found it odd that they didn't know. After waiting over 20 minutes (and watching them serve at least 10 other customers) we finally got our food. They gave us a free Frosty for our trouble, which I thought was a nice gesture. The fries were lukewarm and soggy but the sandwiches were good. The lemonade was half ice and tasted more like lemon water. We never received straws. All in all not a positive experience and it's my second negative experience at Wendy's in a row (different store). I used to love Wendy's, but it doesn't seem to be the place...
