I did an online order, it said to pick it up in 30 minutes. So I went into the store exactly 30 minutes from when I placed the order. Left the store. The sauce was wrong. The food was cold, and there was a hair in my wings. When i called the store a lady answered and as i tried to explain what happened, she immediately put me on hold and got the owner brad. As i try to explain to him what happened he cut me off and proceeded to tell me that the food they gave me was sitting for 17 minutes. Why would online say 30? Do you want peoples food to be soggy? Not to mention he was being rude and wasn’t even allowing me to fully explain everything wrong with my order. Then he proceeded to tell me that the next time I come in i can have $15 voucher and that we can sit and chat, get to know eachother. Those exact words. Why would you say that when clearly my voice is a young lady. Im just trying to explain to you that my food was soggy, there was a contamination of hair, and the sauce wasn’t right either. Then i asked for just a full refund, and as i was about to tell him i would bring the food back he cut me off and said “ I can’t give out free meals to everyone”. why would you need to give free meals to everyone if there order was done correctly the first time and not sitting in the back cause that was when they were told to come get it. Read moreWe were very disappointed today. It was our first time out a restaurant as a family since the pandemic started and we were very hungry after a morning track meet. We were greeted by a manager very promptly and given our menus. Our drink orders were taken by our server (April). We mentioned that we will be quick to order, that we just needed a couple of minutes. We decided probably within five minutes, then waited, and waited. Finally we began to wonder if she forgot about us but couldn't get her attention. She visited all her other tables 3 times and even hung out at the bar for a couple minutes chatting with customer. I simply couldn't get her attention. Long story short, we waited for 20 minutes before we gave up. I went to the bar to pay for our beverages and explained we were leaving. The bartender was very nice and told us not to worry about it, but I left a few bucks anyway. We began leaving and April walked right by us without a care in the world, and seemed to have no idea or even connected the dots that we were her customers. Simply, we were disappointed. We had never been there before and I was excited to try the Philly Cheesesteak. I'm not looking for a coupon or any free anything, as we won't be trying this place again. Read moreWe didn’t starve and no one was rude. Me being critical, but here it is… The entry door - label it better. Looks like a side door. We were served food/drinks/assisted by at least 10 different people. A little confusing on who to ask for what. Chill your salad plates. Steak sandwich was 85% fat/gristle. Didn’t get eaten. Lettuce wraps were dry as a paper towel. Caesar salad was half brown lettuce. A manager creepily stood behind server as she finalized our order to present kids with arcade cards…. It seemed like it was an ad, but they actually were pre loaded with a few games. It was an odd interaction but not hat was nice. The big racing arcade game has no sound. The crane games such as cheap ol ducks don’t guarantee a winner. Open seating makes sense, but when customers walk In with seating to the right, left, arcade that says reserved, and a random side room, it would be good to acknowledge them and ask about seating. Couldn’t find a hi chair or anyone to assist. Tables were wobbly (drastically) at multiple spots. The arcade renovation seems like a ticket grab. Put some actual games in there. Upon attempting to pay the bill it took ~15 minutes to get the card run. Meanwhile the other 4 family members were waiting in the arcade/car. Just being honest guys!
