Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Andover

Would give it zero stars if it was an option. Ordered pizza online and was given a 22 minute estimate for time. Over an hour later the pizza still wasn't made. An hour and a half later, they ended up missing a part of the order, but charged us for it. When we called back to discuss this the staff said "sorry it'll be another 45 minutes. We're busy there's nothing I can do about it." They refused to refund the amount paid for a pizza that was never received as well. Sorry was all they had to offer. Staff had many complaints about being low staffed when it was mentioned it sounds like there's a management problem the staff replied "no, it's a corporate issue. They are the ones who send out all the coupons and we can't staff for it." Seems like this place is very poorly run. Not our first negative experience with this place taking much longer than quoted and the accuracy of the order is never there. Coupled with horrible customer service we will not...

I placed an order online and it was supposed to be ready at 5pm. I arrived at the store at exactly 5pm and they told me it would be another 45 minutes at least. I overheard another woman say her order was supposed to be ready at 3pm. I told the employee I could not wait that long and would need to cancel the order, so she directed me to another register. After waiting in line for about 15 minutes, the employee at the second register did not issue me a refund or give me a receipt—he simply wrote my name down on a piece of paper. If this is the process for canceling an order, it seems the first employee could have helped me or suggested I call or email the next day instead of asking me to wait in line (again). This particular franchise never fails to disappoint,. The quality in the ingredients isn't the issue, it is the quality and consistency how the pizza is put together (training issue). Not stretching the crust back out before building the pizza (since they contract when refrigerated over time,), haphazardly throwing the ingredients on, not evenly spreading out the sauce etc.! This pizza, most of the ingredients were pilled in the middle, sauce was 2" from the edge of the crust (that wasn't stretched back out!). this is an employee training issue, this pizza was put together by a high school girl, the other pizza that was "better", was put together by an older male! Charge customers after the pizza is built, not before, especially if you expect me to leave a tip for carry-out !! It sucks this place is so close, I wish I lived closer to the Blaine Papa Murphy's off...
