West Side Deli — Restaurant in Andover

My husband and I ordered take out. We ordered a whole and half size Italian sub with two orders of fries. The girl at the register was complaining about getting time off and being busy while customers were near including myself. Received our takeout and proceeded to walk back to our camper which was a little walk away. Come to find out our fries weren’t in there. I went walked back and she said oh yea and put the fry order in. While I waited for them to get done asked how I was going to pay for them. We thought they were already paid and didn’t have our debit card on us anymore. Unfortunately, instead of walking back to get the card we just told them never mind. She rolled her eyes and proceeded to talk to the girl sitting at the table while complaining again. The girl at the table had a tag from pizza pies. Just not great customer service. Ordered food at 7:15. Was told 15 minutes. Arrived at 7:30. Lady asked the kitchen if they had my order ready. Kitchen responded like they did not even know about it. Stood there for another 15 minutes. Asked the lady if they forgot about me. She said no and that they would say something when it was ready. I told her I saw someone bring something up. She checked and it was mine. No communication from the guy who brought the food up. I pro ably would have stood there another 15 minutes if I had not said something. There was only 1 other person waiting for food so it wasn’t busy. Got home and the fries were over cooked and the burgers were on the soggiest buns I’ve ever seen. I am so disappointed I have had a couple of decent sandwiches from there but the service was not that great. What really disappointed me was today I ordered a pizza and when I got there there were numerous people in line and it was the slowest transactions I've ever seen in my life. The kicker was I ordered a pizza and I was getting upset because I was waiting for 15 minutes in line and I know the pizza is getting cold so I look at the pizza and I see flies coming out of it I told the waitress I'm not taking the pie but she sure didn't seem to care.....
