Me and three friends were camping nearby at pymatuming state park. We visited this subway two-three times for lunch and dinner. Each time we went, there was a different person making our sandwich, which was no problem. However, it seemed like each person was trained to skimp on toppings for each sandwich. I had to keep asking for more each time I asked for a vegetable. I could tell that the staff was getting annoyed with me but I like a lot of vegetables on my sandwiches. I asked for extra olives on the side and I was given a small plastic cup with literally six olives inside. Since there were four of us, and we dropped close to $100 buying food from here, the third time was the last time we ate here. I contacted the manager and corporate. A month later, I received a whole $5 gift card from a manager, which can't even buy you one foot-long anymore. Then the owner calls me with an attitude saying 'this is the second or third time you've complained about a sandwich or something?' Good job, Steve. Way to not even read my first complaint. (this was the second complaint because sending me a $5 gift card after spending around $100 was just a cheap move on their part). If you're going to call me and be a prick, at least read my complaint and not guess at...
Read morei love subway and eat it regularly. I’ve been to a lot of subways and never have i seen such dishonestly and rude behavior from staff. doesn’t except deals or coupons. He was putting way less then the regular portions on everyone’s subs for meat and toppings that i’ve seen at any subway before and then when i asked for more olives he proceeded to take his hand to the olives and back to my sub and put absolutely nothing more on it. i asked again for more because he didn’t put any more on, only for him to say that was going to cost extra when he put half then the regular amount of olives on my sub. never had another subway said they charged extra for toppings. wish i would have just walked out. he ripped the bread with his hands instead of cutting it and it looked like someone just threw everything in the...
Read moreI'm not sure if it's just this Subway being stingy or if they've all become this but I physically had a hard time feeling the weight of a 6 inch sub in the bag while walking out. That's how little food there was in the bread, you wouldn't have known if it was just a bag with a few napkins and that's the last time I've been here since. They also get one star for atmosphere for calling the police on me during covid because I didn't wear a mask even though they had already made my sandwich, and then being problematic about letting me pay at the door. Even the police agreed they should just fulfill the order at the door...
