I have dealings with this location since they were Andover crop service and have seen all the changes that have taken place throughout Western Reserve and now Centerra. The people that I know that still work there are excellent help, Marty Nate and Dan have always been golden to me and enthusiastic about doing their job. However upper management decision to charge 3% for credit card purchases rubs me the wrong way nor do they have any type of military discount. When you walk into a place and spend money comparable to a the price of a compact car I think they could be just a bit more realistic and get up-to-date with credit card purchases and military discounts for veterans. As far as their equipment goes it is up-to-date and in good mechanical order and they're blending process for fertilizer is excellent as is their timeliness and Trust. The decision from upper management to discontinue customer service in as much as the meetings and recertification for chemical used in pesticides go was a real slap in the face to its customers after the merger took place but particularly when the customers are part of the coop,we voted in favor of the merger, and we're then left out in the rain thank you very much big shots. I will continue to be a partner with centara and deal with them on a big scale and hopefully they will move forward with customer related improvements most particularly partners and long-term...
