Village Tobacco — Local services in Andover

I bought a big bag of tobacco and it is no good, it has a big sign on the back that says “100% fresh guaranteed” now it has been a week already, I have made 3 trips up there and was told there was nothing that the cashier there could do that they’d have to have the owner call me, I have left my information twice already and still have not received a phone call back, I went again today and the lady said that she gave my information to the owner and she still cannot do nothing for me and then proceeded to tell me that she knows that their tobacco is fresh, now I have taken the bag with me and showed her that it was all crumbled and powdered, that it was no good and she agreed with me and then I asked her to call the owner and she proceeded to tell me that she could not because when the owner left he said that he was running around and would not be available so she refused to call him for me, now this is completely unexplainable and absolutely ridiculous, all I want is for it to be exchange because it is guaranteed according to the bag!! Every time I would go in there one nasty woman always has a rude attitude...she hide behind religious shirts she wears but is a complete hipacrat...if you don't like what your selling WORK someplace else...others have also complained about her....I moved to andover to possibly start a business.....I think a tobbaco shop with decent people working it would...

Came in for a few cigars while at camp. Reasonable price, but the guy behind the counter sure didn't make me feel welcome. Next time will try to somewhere that appreciates...
