Bush's Chicken — Restaurant in Andrews

This happened on August 14th 2025. I ordered the chicken fried steak, what I had received was far from acceptable. The chicken fried steak was not cooked fully, leaving parts of it underdone and unappetizing. The mashed potatoes were overly mushy with a texture closer to paste, and the seasoning was so heavy with salt that it was hard to eat.

Within hours of eating, I became very sick and suffered food poisoning from this meal. This was not only unpleasant but also concerning for my health and safety. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend eating here. I strongly urge management to address food safety and quality control immediately, and I advise others to avoid dining here until these serious issues...

I dined in for lunch today and no other customer were there so I thought I'd enjoy a peaceful lunch, needless to say that didn't happen. Literally every single table had spilt coke or tea and fried chicken crumbs. This is the most disgusting restaurant I've ever ate in. called in an order as the lobby was closed and it is drive through only. I informed the lady that I was pulling a travel trailer and could not use the drive through. She stated that was no problem as all I had to do was call when I arrived and they would bring my order out to me. I arrived 45 minutes later and called 4 times with no answer, on the 5th try I got a busy signal. I walked to the window and pointed to my phone snd a young lady came outside.
