Burger King — Restaurant in Angleton

This place is a joke... I have worked fast food for 16 years and NEVER would do the things I witnessed...

1st off, I have gone there 3 times and did a mobile order from my phone instead of making them have to come to the counter thinking it would be easier for them. I even asked the person, who I think was a manager, if i should do that or have her take my order, and she said that it didn't really matter. So then I waited 20 minutes for them to work on my order... I went to the counter and told a girl that was my mobile order I was waiting on... she looked confused, and I wasn't sure why. So I gave them 10 more minutes and then went back to ask the manager lady if everything was OK and that I wondering how long it was going to take for my order... since 2 other people came in, got to order, even ate and left before I even got mine... that I ordered before they came in.

She told me she didn't know if I was there... so they set it aside... I was the only other person there... then she started to pull things together and told me I had to wait for the 2 chicken snack wrap things... finally, she gave me everything, and I pulled out the fries 🍟 and I grabbed the top of all the fries, and they were stone cold... so I asked as she was looking right at me... could I please have some fresh fries at least... I told her these were cold... she grabbed the fries from me, and I couldn't even believe she put them right back under the warmer!!!!

I started thinking maybe I don't want to eat here if they are going to be that disgusting 😒

And as I waited for my fries, a lady came in and said she got the wrong order... the chicken wraps she got were mine, and I got hers... I'm not even sure how they even managed this... but I got my new hot fries and went to eat...

I am definitely going to think twice before coming back here... especially since I just read that putting the fries back is a normal practice after customers touch them... how disgusting... Not only were they cold AF, but I freaking touched them!!! Throw them away!! Don't re-serve them!!! 🤢🤮

And now, after writing all this, I am thinking they probably gave me the same wraps they gave to her as I didn't think they were that...

I purchased a Fish sandwich and a whopper for $6...the special. Anywho, the fish, I took o e bite and it was HARD. So when I go to take it back and ask for a fresh fish pattie, a black female worker is rolling her eyes and shaking her head no while I'm walking up to the counter! The manager I'm assuming named Brenda takes my fish apologizes and tells the worker to drop a new patty, the worker gives her lip loud enough to where I heard it. So I return to my table and Im waiting for the fish sandwich to return mind tou everyone I was with was already done eating their food!! So I go back up their to ask for my sandwhich about 30 minutes later and they hadn't even dropped the dang fish patty! The manager then apologizes AGAIN and offers to give me something else since I've been waiting I kindly told her no thank you just my sandwhich! Aside from my order other customers were waiting a long time for theirs as well! Bad customer service there! Scrapping the bottom of the barrel for help these days. We stopped there because where I'm from there is no Burger King. Just to get sloppy service with an attitude from bad employees!! Really need to fix this problem at the Angleton Burger King! P.S. I didn't even eat the fish sandwich...no telling what that cook may have...

Went through the drive thru. Was not busy at all we were the only customers. Ordered 5 sandwiches. Only got 4. Came back and they knew they forgot it bc it's sitting right there next to the window. I had ordered the mushroom Swiss melt. Opened it up and it's smooshed and has a sesame seed bun on it. I am allergic to sesame seeds and that's not what comes with the sandwich. I asked her and she said we don't have the bun anymore. I said ok well you should tell people when you don't have the right stuff bc like me I'm allergic to certain things. She smirked at me and I told her I'd like a refund for just my meal. I paid with a debit card. She hands me 5.50 in cash. The meal is 8.49 plus tax. I mentioned this and she handed me 3 more dollars. I said this still doesn't include tax. She finally handed me the correct amount and then ceremoniously chunks my returned food in the trash while making a face at me. The rest of the food was lukewarm and mushy. While my daughter and son finished their food. She offers cookies from the holder to the other employee with both if them reaching in without gloves. Will not be coming...
