Subway — Restaurant in Angleton

The subway on mulberry Street in angleton has the worst possible customer service I have ever seen. The first time I went there they were out of flatbread and the next thing the girl Amira had to say was that there was another subway down the road. I said Ill change breads no big deal. I then ordered the All American club and she said they were out of ham. I told her just to double up the turkey and she said they were. It allowed to do that. I know this is not true because it's happened at other subways and they have doubled up the meat they had to take place of whatever they were out of. So I said I guess you sold me on the other subway. She then sarcastically told me to have a blessed day. This is not all. I decided to go back and give them another chance. Same girl Amira was there and the very first thing she said to me was that they were out wrapping paper for the sandwiches. I said I would still like a sandwich. I then asked for her name and she told me but she wanted to know why. I told her I was just curious and she insisted I tell her why I wanted her name. So I was honest with her and told her I was going to leave her a bad review. She asked why and I told her because of all the things I just listed here and then the guy with a tattoo on his face ( didn't get his name) making my sandwich decided to cuss me out and told me to stop arguing with her and that he didn't have to make my sandwich. The other girl that was there was very nice and tried to mediate the situation and told them just to make my sandwich and that I still wanted it. The guy persisted on saying things so I left. (4) Stars for Angleton, Tx location on Mulberry St/Hwy 35. Here facility has FINALLY been renovated 👍 Prior to renovations it was ALWAYS clean, employees are usually friendly/fast/efficient & get orders correct regardless of teen employees & however busy they can get during a rush hour 👏 KUDOS! However, DON'T GO to Angleton's newest location on the loop towards TDECU. That location REPEATEDLY has roaches cruising around the exterior of the standing/wait area/in front of the prep area/customers side as they prep your sandwich as if business as usual!!!! Ewh! Much disregard here lately. No1 wants contaminated food where vermin has danced on it!!! Get an exterminator or temp close business until health ordinance does...

Went yesterday evening and young lady behind the counter was moving as slow as a sloth, seemed like she was on something... and tried to argue with my husband that on the B.M.T it didn't come with ham!? Really? That's his normal sandwich and I think he knows what comes on it. THEN! he asked for his sandwich to be a deluxe (extra meat) she only add 2 extra pieces of 1 meat!?!? This chick had problems going on with her. She definatly needs to be retrained.The other woman working there thank god come up from the back and got things moving along correctly and efficantly! My God! It doesn't take smarts to make sandwiches and to not argue...
