Placed an order online . We are not from Angleton but my wife and I were visiting and wanted jack to eat.Pulled to the drive thru and a Truck in front of us must have had a huge order because they spent for what it seems ten minutes to order at the speaker/screen . Once we had a chance to pull up I stated that we had an online order ..... There was commotion in the background but I asked if I could pick it up inside because I felt the food was ready and would get cold if I waited. The employee did not respond and said pull up to the window. So I continued to pull up to the next window and the truck in front of us was still waiting for their order . Within two to three mins of waiting, I saw the drive thru attendant grab a bag with a label to keep the bag sealed and place it visible on top the window counter. I told myself," that is our order ." It was just tiny tacos and a large order of fries. If anyone knows , fires get cold fast from Jack and so do the tacos. So we continued to wait for what seemed 10-15 mins. more. When the truck in front of us finally received their order and left we pulled up to the window . The attendant was nice and said," online order for Thomas?" . I replied,"Yes ." . She was grabbing the bag that was on the window counter next to her .... In my mind I was like this has been sitting there for at least 15mins. I asked, " Not to be rude, but can I have hot fresh food? I know that it (food/bag)has been sitting there for the last mins. At least." The lady rolled her eyes , slammed the bag on the counter and said, " Pull up and we will have your food right out." She did not seem too happy. So a few minutes later the manager stepped out with the same bag and asked ,"why did you not get out and get your food ?" In my mind it was like she was attacking me for not doing someone else's job . To all fairness the Jack app does not allow to change your pick up option once order is placed, second, I asked the drive thru attendant when I was at the speaker menu, and third if there is a huge order don't you usually ask for them to pull up in order to take care of the smaller orders in a timely matter ? , Well I answered , let her know kindly and calm just that and she said , "Well I will make fresh this time but in the future , come get the food." I did not want to argue, I just wanted fresh hot food and said , "okay, thank you." I received a negative attitude back just because I refuse cold food . I'm glad I finally received hot fresh food but the service was awful and I felt a little upset just because I asked to make things right .Food was great the second time .total time there was 35mins for and two items drive thru order. I feel that things could be managed...
Read morePlaced a mobile order & when I got to the window a woman informed me they don’t have a cook. I mentioned that I have a mobile order & asked what I should do. She said she doesn’t have a cook. I explained that it was okay & that I completely understand but that I paid for the order & asked if she could refund me. She said to contact whatever app I used & ask for a refund. Unfortunately the Jack app doesn’t have that option & when I mentioned that she said “I don’t have a cook & I don’t know what to tell you”. I asked if I would be able to get the manager’s information so that I could work with them to get a refund tomorrow and she said “I don’t have a cook” and stopped responding completely.
I was so polite the whole time & made it clear that I wasn’t upset & understand things happen, but that I just wanted to make sure that I would receive a refund. She’s obviously having a hard time and I feel for her, but this was a terrible interaction & handled poorly. Will try reaching out to a manager in the morning but in the meantime, I hope things get...

I pre-ordered food online then I received the confirmation which said would be ready in 7-9 minutes so then I waited a minute to go to the speaker to confirm my order. There was nobody in the drive thru so a part of my order had a drink and 15 minutes literally I finally got my drink and food. Whilst waiting for my food I noticed there was a cook and the cashier so I was getting irritated with waiting that long looking through to make sure all my food was in the bag my fries weren't hot whatsoever, my burger was DRY like it had been sitting under the heat lamp for a good while but yet the tacos were a little fresh feeling. Tell me WHY the hell it took so long and none of it tasted fresh?! So you BETCHA I sat my happy butt in the drive thru and took my time looking through my bag and sat and ate what I could eat. I AM DEFINITELY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS STORE. 000000 STARS FOR YOU...
