Burger King — Restaurant in Angola

Employees weren't listening to my order and got it completely wrong but fixed it. Fish sandwich was dry , UPDATE!!! NEW Manager and NEW employees!! So about a month ago I tried Burger King again because they are advertising on the sign to basically give them a 2nd chance obviously they know they weren't doing very well and were losing business because of it, so the 1st second chance I gave them, the food was fresh hot and delicious, fast forward about a month later it sounded good again, HUGE mistake!! The meat was so cold the cheese didn't even melt! Very obvious the meat had been pre cooked and sat around way to long before they decided it was okay to give to the customer!! When you have a empty restaurant and empty drive through and your order is given to you as soon as you get to the window you know it's not cooked fresh!! So to the employees when you order food from there do you have it cooked fresh or do you except that it's been sitting there for 10 or 15 minutes!!!? Why would you think it's acceptable to serve to a customer? Yes I know people will say cook at home if you don't like it, well I do cook at home but I do like a treat once in awhile and get soooo tired of employees thinking it's okay to sever slapped together food or cold food!! Serve your customers like you would want your food!! Or here's an idea don't advertise hot fresh meals if they aren't! Your sign might as well say " don't expect the food to be hot or fresh, you're sign might as well say "HAVE IT OUR WAY" at Burger King and not " HAVE IT YOU'RE WAY"!!! Ok here we are again!!! I truly hope the owners of this franchise see this unless they just don’t care the the employees here! If I could give it a zero star across the board it would be there. There were no people in the drive through or the rest of the parking lot for that matter…should’ve seen the signs… But my wife and I pulled in, ordered an original chicken sandwich, medium fries and a regular whopper…not too complicated for the place being empty. Girl the took the order was rude and didn’t seem to want to be bothered with taking our order. Then we get up to the window and she is chewing gum and on her phone!! My wife held out her debit card and 2 minutes later after she was done texting the girl snatched it out of her hand. The food came, SOGGIEST FIRES I HAVE EVER EATEN!!! Whopper felt and looked like it was microwaved after it was assembled…wilted lettuce, half a pickle slice..ridiculous!!! The chicken sandwich where do I begin??? I would say wilted lettuce but the was only one very small strand on the whole thing, mayonnaise??? What mayonnaise??? Wife took a bite and spit it out as the chicken was MAYBE lukewarm!!! We had already pulled out of the parking lot and were headed home or I would have returned all of it in a NOT SO NICE manner!!! Gosh I wish I would’ve read the reviews before going here. It’s been awhile since we’ve been here so we decided to get dinner for our family of 6. I guess we made a mistake. No wonder they always look empty. To start off with, I was pleasant and told the lady I had a rather large order and I didn’t mind waiting so they didn’t need to rush. I use to work customer service, I get it. It’s annoying but I tried to make it easier by offering to wait longer if they needed. The lady in the drive thru is something else. She needs to find a different job. She has a nasty attitude and for what? Having to do your job? It’s baffling honestly. Even after being treated poorly, I was still pleasant to the worker because I’m nonconfrontational. Man I wish I was sometimes though. After reading others reviews, it seems like it’s pretty much the standard when going here. We spent $60 to be treated poorly, have poor quality food, and have missing food out of our order.
