Food was great but the service was terrible it took them 2 hours to get us food or drinks and they ignored us the entire wait period we had a college senior get together of about 10 people including a professor and were the only table in the restaurant and they ignored us never checked on how we were doing we had to get our own cutlery and napkins. Never saw a manager until we had to complain to fix 2 checks it took them 3 hours into being there and it took 1 hour once we asked for the checks to get them. The bar tender didn’t serve at our table which fair if she’d had customers but she didn’t and so my second drink got made after 30 minutes of waiting and then sat behind the bar till all the ice had melted and the check had finally come. Servers were leaning on all surfaces and or on their phones I saw the manager on his phone once he finally appeared. It then took another hour for one check for one person to get fixed and two guys to get their change. Over all a terrible experience and if this was my first time having bad service at this restaurant I’d let it go but this is the 20th time I’ve been with terrible service in my 4 year college career in this town all in all I don’t know what is going on there but they clearly don’t train employees or managers and don’t know how to run a restaurant. Read moreWell, I went here 3 years ago, and they had a great manager that made it right when they messed up. The new manager Jessica Duncan absolutely refuses to make things right. This is the second time they have screwed our order and refused to make it right with us under her direction. The lady refused to give us any information for her superiors so they could make it right which makes me think she has something to hide or is scared that she is doing such a horrible job she may be fired. The regional manager is Jason mate and she wouldn't give me contact information. I mean what franchise refuses to give you the higher ups number unless they knew they were doing wrong. The franchise owner is Brandon Jones amd she wouldn't give info for him either. Although I feel these guys are telling her to keep their contact info a secret because they know the place is failing and don't want to have to answer for their bad management decisions. I always end up waiting at least 10 minutes past when the order should be done. And about half of the times I have ordered over the phone or online, the order isn't correct. BUT mistakes are corrected swiftly. *I'm updating this to say that when major mistakes are made, they offer to replace the errors with the correct items or give you a credit for the screwed up items to use at a later time, but they don't offer anything for your trouble. Half of my order was missing and the other half was incorrect. I appreciate the offer to replace what was missing and incorrect BUT it's so inconvenient and irritating.
