BIGGBY COFFEE — Restaurant in Angola

I love their coffee and smoothies. The employees are nice and do a great job. However...I went in and paid almost $6 for my drink alone. For the first time since I've been coming here, my drink was TERRIBLE. It tasted like I was chewing up potpourri. I was told by, who I assume was the owner bc she came in well dressed and walked behind the counter like she was, that no, they don't replace drinks. Then proceeds to tell me that if I went to McDonald's and didn't like my sandwich they wouldn't make me another one. I said well at over $10 for two drinks...I want to be able to DRINK mine. I even offered to pay half the cost for a replacement! She told them they could remake it,("but they won't be doing it again") and it was delicious. It is this woman's behavior alone that they received this poor review, and why we won't be back. And fyi...my son works at Starbucks...and they do replacements for ppl if they don't like their product. It gives them a reason to come back after a negative experience. To me...that's good...

My mom and I were shopping last week, she wanted to try a new coffee place so we looked at menu online, lots of options and the bigg list of drinks was great to explain what everything was. She got a spotted owl creme freeze with coffee in, the employees/baristas were very helpful in explaining the drinks and options, made my mom's drink quickly. Then in a truly hilarious chain of events, we went across the road to Taco Bell and just so everyone knows, a spotted owl creme freeze and grilled cheese burrito are not a good food and drink pairing, hahaha! But the drink was good and service...

I love Angola BIGGBY, I and a friend would venture over there once a week (or lets be honest many times a week) to get our coffees. we had our orders memorized and already had our exact change counted out. Its nice to have a little place that is filled with memories like that. The girls in there are always nice, but most specifically (and I cannot remember her name right now) the long haired brunette is always very cheerful. When I can BIGGBY is the spot to go! No place in town can beat Wednesday...
