Certainly not the worst experience tonight but was most unpleasant to say the least. At 8:58pm my order was placed using the table service from the app. 10/10 do not recommend and I will not do again. A 33 dollar and some change order placed. Half an hour later, no order yet. We checked on the order. The very unqualified evening manager had no idea what we were talking about. He wanted to see the order from my phone. Which is a great time for half of the app to not load. He then says can you get the email confirmation. To which I showed my bank app where the money was taken! He scrambles around a trash can area and finds the receipt, brings it over, asks if this was the order. What I heard was the order hit the screen, it was bumped off, the receipt was removed, crumbled, and tossed. Was I right?? Yes. He then says well it's going to be a minute (no apology, no hey here's a coupon, notta). At this point I want a refund. But I wait on the drink cups and milks. I saw them gather round the receipt so I went and sat down. Mind you I did order the fries with no salt. The order comes to the table shortly after (no salt on the fries takes a few minutes and still no cups or milks). I asked for a refund. He stumbles over his words like he is the stunned one and say, no but I can get you free meal. I said no I will call (owners name) tomorrow. I still had to go to the counter and ask for them cups and milks. The lady asks what size, I tell her two large cups and two milks. To which she walks away and tells Mr. Unqualified. He comes over and asks what I need.....I again repeat myself and by this point I'm not happy at all. So I said where's the receipt? It will tell you the ORDER. He replies, we don't have the receipt. Read moreI give fair reviews of places I go. There are things that bother me about this particular location, and then there are positives. I will start with the "cons" first. Majority of the cashiers I've interacted with indoors aren't using polite customer service exercises. I realize we are all human, but I've noticed that most of them only seem (as their body language projects) to be there because it's a paycheck and they have no passion, mildly rude or have subtle attitudes. This could be easily solved if these employees felt more valued and the management did something to increase morale, and it be something that these employees truly feel make them feel more valued or engaged in their job no matter if it's a cashier or cook. This could be approached in many ways to improve your employees quality of life here. The positives I like about this location is its an updated site, you can order at the table, they have charging stations*, it's a great place to get studying/ work completed if you don't mind the ambiance of restaurant sounds. I really enjoy coming here, but for the sake of this location, focus on your employees that are the front face of this company and help them find enjoyment in their work. Read moreOmg. I felt so bad as well as angry. Last sunday nite after church i got there just before rush. Had to wait for my order. No problem till i waited 15 min or longer really. Decided with grand son hungry and tired at 15 mo old and screaming i'd go through line again to see what happened. Didnt want to leave child in car or take in crying. Waited in this line just to talk to someone aprox 10 min. Then through the line veryyyy slowly. I told her i wanted a refund this was the worst experience for me in 50 yrs. Got part of my money back. By the way the cash window was closed at this point. She asked if i still wanted my order even though it be cold now. I said at least the child could eat.
