I looooooooooooooove it here. Tea Do Annandale is awesome. I think Iâve only had one drink there I didnât love. And that was because I just didnât like it, not because it was bad, if that makes sense. I love the baked salmon onigiri. The teas are amazing. My husband loves to get the brown sugar tiger milk, which is basically a brown sugary milk drink sans tea. It sounded odd to me at first, but I am itâs #1 fan now. Their lychee flavored drinks as well as the butterfly pea tea drink (I cannot remember the name, I think it was Shinobu) are both so good. I wanted to specifically mention those flavors because I find they can be difficult to nail / integrate properly into drinks, but they do it so fantastically every time. Whenever I go to the plaza Tea Do is in, I try to pop in and grab a drink. The decorations, art prints, and figurines are such a nice touch. The shop always smells delicious like tea and sugar. The staff sometimes are warmer or less warm but they always seem focused and attentive, which I would trade for someone warm & fuzzy. Theyâre always professional as well. And the kaonashi trash can is one of my favorite things...
Read moreI really love this place itâs great tea and food but not great to go during Covid-19. I thought they where great at being clean to maintain the safety of there customers and keeping with state regulations but they are not! There was someone without a mask today and they were right next to the entires and it made me very uncomfortable I just wanted to leave. There was people out side that didnât even want to come in and I see why. Itâs really worrying because itâs a small area and not ideal for people to not wear a mask. Plus the staff DOSE NOT CLEAN THE SCREEN TO PAY OR THE COUNTER and it very uncomfortable because I donât now what he touched or got these gems on and anyone could have gotten it. I was going every week because I thought there were keeping everything clean and safe but no there not so I wonât be going back for a good while. And if your worried for your safety or family...
Read moreTea- Do Do you train your staff in customer service? Because the lack of it service completely turned me away. As I walked in two employees were busy making drinks and some customers were waiting for their orders. There was no one online and a young man who works there was standing behind the counter as he saw me walking in he looked at me and walked away, so I was left staying there waiting to order. The level of service and lack of customer service I received while being the only person on line was non existence. It made me think why would I want to even spend my money here. Lost a customer for good. I'm sure there are better spots that at least say hello to customers when they walk in and acknowledge them. - A " I will be right with you" would of been nice. Unprofessional won't visit ever again.- Train your staff! Customer...
