China Wok — Restaurant in Annapolis

Customer Service is non existing. I called this morning because I rushed home from work last night to get some Chicken Egg food young and I did notice it was slightly more expensive but just ignored it $1ish isn't that big of a deal. I finally got home and relaxed started making me a plate and then realized it's Shrimp. Now it wouldn't be a problem if I could eat Shrimp but I can't I'm allergic to Shellfish. Of Course the restaurant is now closed so I will call in the AM. I just got of the phone with a lady who said she was the manager. I explained to her the mishap and the first thing she said after apologizing is you should've brought it back. Its nothing I can do now. I immediately cut her off and let her know that 1. they were closed and that 2. I still have the food. She was clearly insinuating that I ate the food and was trying to get over. After telling her that she paused and finally she said well bring it and let me see like she's doing me a favor! TF I know you are centered in the middle of the hood and may have people trying to get over on you but not everyone is like that I drive all the way to eastport from Parole to give you guys my hard EARNED money when I have several Chinese restaurants around me already. I will be patronizing them from this point on. And I will not be taking the food back I will suck it up as a loss! Never again! I wouldn't recommend this...

Ordered shrimp fried rice it had nothing but chopped onions,fried rice and 10 shrimp ( the fried rice you get when you order fried wings and rice add shrimp) no bean sprouts or anything else that is in traditional carryout shrimp fried rice...Ordered beef and brocolli it was white rice a bunch of brocolli and beef ,Ordered orange chicken w/white rice got home it had orange chicken fried rice and one piece of brocolli...i should have known better when i called and the guy that took my order said 5 to 10 min pickup...Paid nearly $30 to receive mediocre food ...The food at China Wok (Eastport shopping center)used to be awesome incl the chicken but now the chicken is cooked upon opening then refried as people order so as the day goes on you'll get overcooked dry chicken..Sad!!! Why rip people off when most off your customers are from the eastport terrace and harbour house community... I myself don't live in the area so i am extremely dissatified to drive there and receive such poor quality of food as i never had an issue...

Average quality food (good fried chicken). Horrible service. High credit card minimum that they enforce stringently. I was a regular for many years until, the last time that I visited, I didn't order as much food as I generally did. My order was like 8.50 cents and they enforced a 10 dollar minimum credit card charge despite the fact that I'd bought food there dozens of times over the past few years. I ordered a bottled soda to increase my total, but it ended up at being slightly below the $10 limit..I think 9.75. They asked if I wanted another soda and I put the food down and walked out, never to return. That level of minimum is no longer reasonable and I consider it to be evidence that the business is probably engaging in significant levels of tax evasion, and I can't support businesses that are predatory and non-participatory in the local economy except to...
