Scooter's Coffee — Restaurant in Anniston

This was my first time coming here and I always passed by it but never stopped. One day I decided to give it a try. I had high hopes for this place but to my surprise I was highly disappointed. I ordered a Caramelicious iced coffee. There was no caramel on it or in it, and the flavor was not caramel . When i took my first drink, it was warm with only 4 cubes of ice. When something has the word caramel in it, I expect it to have a caramel flavor and or be loaded with caramel but unfortunately, this was not that. There were only two drops of caramel in it and that was on the whipped cream which I thought was a joke! Overall this did not meet my expectations. I paid around 6 for this but I guess I cant expect great Quality from a 6 cup of iced coffee. I probably would have got better Quality iced coffee from the grocery store for that price. I was so excited when they finally finished building the store in Anniston. There is a major coffee shop who has stores in towns on both of Anniston, but we didn't have our own. Went the other night. The guy taking orders was super friendly and extremely helpful going over the menu and helping us decide. The cashier was very polite. The drinks... I got a blended turtle.... all I could taste was straight coffee, I couldn't taste any flavoring at all in it. My daughter got the blended sea salt caramel. Hers had a HINT of caramel, light hint, and no trace of sea salt flavor in it. I wont be spending that kinda money for coffee that tasted like something I could have made at home. I normally go to Starbucks but they always keep half my drink because I order venti Frappe with 7 shots expresso! The way I feel about it is no matter what you order if you buy the largest drink and all of it will not fit in it then they should give me the rest in another cup because I paid extra for those shots! So needless to say I looked elsewhere for my drink and found it here! You guys are always super nice and you always give me the extra that is left over from my extra shots of expresso! I will not go anywhere else but here from now on! The prices are wayyyy better than stupid Starbucks! I live in Eastaboga and I drive to this store to get my best frappe! If you haven’t tried them...
