Saturday around 9:30am I enter the store I immediately here the manager on the phone loudly discussing someone owing him money. He walked up and down the isles loudly. I was trying to ignore his angy tyrant. I found a clock I wanted then noticed paintings. As I'm looking the young lady on the register tells me she can make a deal on pictures today. She helped me pick out 3 beautiful pieces. I only really wanted one but 3 for 60.00 out the door I couldn't resist. Then the manger comes up loud, rude, and aggressive telling me what he's going to allow me to have them for. He broke down the price on all 3 then told me to do the math. I'm standing there like what is going on here. Then he goes behind the register adds it up it's 4.00 more than the young lady quoted. I'm like what's going on. I stated 60.00 dollars out the door I was quoted. Then he added on taxes. I just quietly walked out. He came out to the parking lot to confront me regarding the price. I told him I'm going to pray for him and that God always wins. I was just in the store a few days earlier spending 350.00. He was loud and arrogant then. I always donate to non profits and Christian charities and I wont let this stop me. Mr. Manger I'm not only rating your attitude and service I'm contacting the highest person in charge. You should never work in a position of authority. You actually appear to be a threatening, angry and violent person. When I do come back I pray to God your not there. I wish I could give this store zero stars. Not because of the products in the store but because of the employee. I don't know his name but the very tall man that works here has been extremely rude to me and it wasn't called for. The first time I thought he was just having a bad day but twice? Come on. The first time, he was checking me out and was having a personal conversation on his cell phone and didn't even tell me my total. I asked for my total and he gave me a rude look and told it to me. He threw the receipt and pen at me. Threw it. While continuing his phone conversation. That was about a week ago. Today? Let me say, I am so upset that I will not be shopping here again. I was not the only customer near closing, there were about five or six others than myself. He literally yelled and said "We're closed." Not only did he actually yell but he was looking directly at me, yelling at me. I can not explain how upset I am, because the other employees are always so kind to me. Not him. I don't know if it is because it is the way I dress, my tattoos or what but I will NOT recommend anyone to come here, until this person no longer is employed. I hope the women read this. Ran up there earlier today to get something my husband saw but did not buy and the doors were locked. I felt bad in the first place about going so late but thought it’s a quick run in and grab so they will be happy for the sale. Nope. Doors were locked and 3 women just looked at me with no effort to open the door so I turned and went to my car. It was 8:42 and in my opinion that’s bad business so we won’t be going back sadly. It makes me think a place isn’t honest when they do things like that.
