Harbor Freight — Local services in Anniston

Got an e-mail said they extended their parking lot sale so I took ad for the parking lot sale bought quite a few items from sales add plus couple regular priced items and super coupon items. Got home checked receipt to find all items from the previous supposedly extended parking lot sale rang up at full normal price. Went back and found that the email was a lie the sale had not been extended and only the few items in email were on sale and they would not honor the parking lot sales ad prices so all those items I returned and will wait till they go on sale again when the price will be honored. I saw no sense paying twice as much since most items I wanted and purchased were advertised at 50% off. I was very disappointed that the email I received was false and the sale had not been extended rather only a few items...

Great little hardware store. Can get things at a reasonable price. Only didn't get 5 stars bc I bought an air compressor there about a year ago that just isn't a very good one I'm still a little annoyed with. It says it holds 120lbs of air but it honestly only holds about 60 if your lucky and none of the hoses seal properly to it to keep it from leaking out so it holds the 60 lbs of pressure then leaks about 15 out so you usually get one tire at a time aired up before you have to plug it up and refill it again.. You get what you pay for though so I guess I should have known better.. I don't buy big tools from them anymore but they are good for the smaller stuff, saw blades, ratchet straps, trailer parts, hand tools and random fix things like hinges, locks, chains. All of it is priced well and seems to hold up...

My husband and I use the harbor freight on McClellan Blvd! I highly recommend this one. They have this one employee and I can't for the life of me remember her name,( I believe that it is Melissa) but she has very short hair and always has it styled, she is the most friendliest,nicest,bubbly,out going person I have ever met! If she sees my review she will know that I am talking about her! I don't know her personally,just from coming into the store,but I love that women!! She is amazing and honestly if she's not a manager or supervisor then she deserves to be one! She is definitely one of the reasons as to why we keep coming back...
