I was served 2 cold cheeseburgers right at 12pm, start of the lunch rush. Had to eat on the run due to running errands. Took about 2 bites and noticed the meat was dry and cheese was not melted. Checked the other burger and it was the same, old, dry and cold. Threw them out. Had my receipt so I went back and tried to get a refund or new burgers. First manager said they would replaced my burgers but as I approached the last window they demanded that they see the old cheeseburgers. I was like what would you guys want with the old ones, you gonna eat them. So I told them what happened with the cheeseburgers and showed them the receipt. Another manager came and said she couldn't give me new cheeseburgers unless she saw or got the old ones. I was shocked and asked her if she thought I was trying to scam and accusing me of lying about it. She told me yes, through her face and body language, (nodding head and shrugging shoulders), in front of my son. I was like seriously, over a couple of cheeseburgers. Read moreThis establishment just get worse every single visit. Everyone that works there just has the worst attitude and are very rude. It’s rare when everything goes right and they are nice. I just recently made a online order at 1030am which at this location you can order breakfast until 11am. I really thought when u make an online order, it would be ready for pick up in a reasonable time. I showed up a little after 11 expecting my order to be ready but I was told it’s after 11 and breakfast is no longer available, unless I wanted to wait 30 minutes. They couldn’t give me a straight answer in the drive thru and eventually didn’t respond to me. I went inside and same deal. I got my money back and took it to Sonic and was in and out in 5 minutes! They just tell you to wait and blow you off, hoping you'll just go away. Thendining area was very dirty, and no one working seemed to care. If they don't want people to dine in, they should just lock the doors. Service here is terrible. Once I got my order, it was missing pancakes, which took another 10 minutes. Food also was cold.
