I just had a terrible experience. I ordered four sandwiches, got home, and when I took a bite, I pulled out the longest hair imaginable. I tried calling the store twice, but no one answered. So, I had to drive all the way back and go inside. There were three employees working: an older Hispanic lady, an older Caucasian lady, and a young gentleman. My only issue was with the older Hispanic lady—she was extremely rude, didn’t apologize, and aggressively threw the sandwiches and my receipt in the trash. I was the one who should have been upset, but she acted like I was lying. Why on earth would I go out of my way to return sandwiches for no reason? This was a huge inconvenience and disgusting customer service. The worker ID, who was so rude, should be included in the receipt I have attached, along with the huge (red-ish) hair. Hopefully...
